Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Sep 3 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

pretty decent. only thing I hate is that I need to launch the game twice every.single.time. game doesn't have audio the first time I launch it. I have to close the game and re launch it again. its a hassle. Also, I don't recommend buying any of the Arsenal skins unless its absolutely your fancy. The default parts appearance is better. I regret buying Muramasa.

The game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. FLIGHT CONTROL IS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you CAN'T control where your mech flying with mouse control and you need to reset keyboard control to idle MIDFLIGHT to change direction. like hand off the control MID ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FLIGHT. also you (kind off) can't control your altitude because spacebar will jump you too high even when you're in air. and ctrl will straight up turnoff your booster and make you fall like a brick with no control. hostile UI design you can't use mouse in menu and hangar management(sometime it's aligned like car manual transmission, goodluck selecting that with a keyboard) sometime the game doesn't recognize mouse input and you can't fire your weapon HUD layout in game mostly on the bad side, like weapon status, and on some mission you just have a crosshair and hp bar and that it? no weapon status or anything that indicate what your mech/mc can do In the immortal mech mission. the camera will try to lock itself i front of your mech, whice mean it will fight and try to cancel your mouse control every 0.5 second and you'll barely look around in both vertical and horizontal, also you can't turn around or reverse with keyboard, the only movement you can do is walk forward and short boost forward 'the game doesn't get ported to pc properly' also overall awful dialogue
It reminds me of those old arcade space shooter games but with mechs instead. You fly around and kill hordes of fairly weak robots that if not addressed will overwhelm you and then you have a few huge strong robots, or mech enemies sprinkled into the mix that feel almost like a robot vs robot match. The story is there but it isn't compelling at all. One thing I love about mecha games is that you can always customize your mecha but in this game you can also customize your mecha pilot. There is a whole upgrade system using cybernetics which affects your appearance significantly. Soon as I realized that I swore off of it but it does make the game harder but on the flipside you have significantly more money to upgrade your mechs if you do. There is also a decent variety in weapons. You can kinda build your mech the way you want and be a fast sniper, or a slow tanky dude firing bazookas and cannons and swinging a mace. All in all, you can play how you want and look how you want.
Solid mecha game. First thing that stood out for me is definitely the visuals. The mechs look cool. Everything in motion even at break neck speed is readable and stylish. The levels have the bleak but beautiful vibe on point. And then the music just amps the vibe every time during combat encounters. Next thing that I really liked is combat. For context, the last mech game I played was Mechwarrior Online. That was a slow paced game. Here easy flight and zooming around the battlefield is the norm. But despite that pace fights were easy to grasp and a lot of encounters were satisfyingly challenging. Both melee and gun gameplay felt tight. This essentially played out more like a 3rd person shooter with a soft lock on system. But the lock on system wasn't really annoying or a hindrance to good aim. One thing I had mixed feelings on was the progression system. I don't think it was well paced or wasn't clear enough at the start. Meaning if you just played the story missions, you will barely get any decent starter weapons or mech parts. So you basically build up your mech arsenal from beating other mechs and they then drop a random assortment of their parts as loot. A good thing to note here is that missions are short and easy enough to go through. Think early Monster Hunter like missions of just dropping into a map for short objective or fight. But I had a rough start going through story missions at first thinking that's where decent starter gear was. In actuality, the online missions are where you're supposed to get the best gear early on and even for late game gear. There are repeatable side missions that are just solo called Free missions. But I found that they don't spawn enough mechs to fight and the gear there from the start isn't that good. So I had to do the online missions to get any decent gear in the early and mid game. Good thing though that you don't really need actual players. The online missions can be easily soloed or with AI companions. And the progression is where I found the most fun. I just got excited fighting new bosses and new named mech pilots just so to see what the drop. Last thing to add this point, I really liked the online missions especially the Exploration mode, which is a procedurally generated dungeon of mechs and trap rooms. Speaking of online missions, the community has basically moved on and you'll most likely not find any players as of the posting of this review. There were the ocassional one or two surprise lobbies during my playthrough. But for the most part if you really want to play online for the pvp or co-op modes, ask a friend to play with or check the fan made community discord for match ups. Lastly the thing that I thought wasn't very good was the story. The plots and themes this game tried to put across were decent enough on paper. But the way it was delivered was really boring. Basically you just listen in on conversations from the big named characters. It's shame because what they're actually saying can be interesting. But the format of just a scrolling conversation log wasn't fun. They could've at least shown the cool looking 3D renders of the various characters and their mechs while they talk. Overall, I thought this was a solid experience and got me excited for the sequel in development. Also given this launched for the Nintendo Switch first, this does play great on a Steam Deck.

I'd describe Daemon X Machina as Armored Core 6: Lite. It has all the bones of a great mech action game but just mildly falls short of a few aspects. Its more accessible than AC6 and would be a good starting place for those interested in the genre. $20 feels reasonable. The gameplay loop is fun and there's a good amount of metagame involved where you're regularly developing and acquiring new parts that feels challenging without becoming overwhelming. Rarely did I ever hit a difficulty wall and need to spend significant time grinding for new parts. Most of the enjoyment was in the gameplay and the fast paced arcadey feel which made for good 30-60 minute sessions. For myself, the controls took a little getting used to but after a handful of missions it all starts clicking. The Arsenal's stats all do affect its performance on mission, however you can't ever get away from the "floaty" feel of the Arsenal. No matter how heavy your Arsenal is, it still will weightlessly glide through the air and have that slight delay in response time due to momentum, but for some reason all builds just feel a little off. Basic customization is all there and you have decent cosmetic options for both your Outer and Arsenal but it lacks the freedom that AC6 allowed. You're allowed only 1 decal per part group which doesn't provide for much expression. Decals are also unlocked by completing certain mission and milestones or found in the environment during a mission which further restricts the level of customization. While there's a full HEX pallet you can paint your Arsenal with, I would've also liked some finish options other than the standard gloss. The story is pretty surface level and some cutscenes can go on way too long with nothing happening. Dialogue feels like a poorly written anime that isn't even laughable, just bad and bland. The voice acting is all great and I think the actors delivered their lines to the best of their ability given the direction and writing. In the last leg of the story, the mission variety simplifies significantly and its more of a rush to the end than anything else. About mid-way through there was some intriguing foreshadowing that seemed to have been either lost in the finale, or I completely missed or misunderstood its resolution. End-game/Post-game is fairly lacking and there's little else to do after the story's resolution other than to complete the side-objectives and unlock all the parts. From here the remaining content changes to co-op missions which are a change of pace but ultimately aren't intriguing enough to drive a long end-game. I think these devs did a great job with the game and committed to an interesting art style. I'm looking forward to the sequel which should hopefully address the mild problems with the game.
武器手感稀烂,但是装备种类挺多样的
I don't know where to start with this review. When I originally started it, it struggled to run and no amount of settings changes really helped. I decided to try it again the next day and it ran well? Still don't know how or what changed, but it did, so I decided to play it. I saw comparisons to the Armored Core series, and I guess? I mean it has mechs and customization, but the story is legitimately boring until you get to the last leg of the game. You don't really feel connection to any of the characters throughout the game, and there's not really interactions you can have outside of cut scenes where your character is just mute. By the end of the game where you're having to help the different factions and their individual teammates who defect to the enemy side, there really isn't a feeling that you feel bad fighting them. It sucks because the story gets pretty interesting in the last 6(?) missions, but by that point you're kind of just playing because you like the game play and not the story itself. I found myself skipping a lot of the cut scenes because the characters aren't too particularly interesting and the overall story is almost hidden from you until the very end. You can see by the percentage of people who finished the game that a lot of people just get tired of it all and choose not to finish it, less than 30% of people who start the game finish it, and I get it honestly. Plus it's less than 6 hours unless you go through every optional mission (you unlock a mission after completing the story mission), so that should paint you a good picture, especially when it's not particularly hard. Pros: +Game play can be fun, but the missions are short. Most being under 5 minutes or so +Art style is pretty cool +Customization is there Cons: -The story is almost non-existent until you get to Class A missions (you have to go through Class E-B missions just being drip fed any kind of actual content pertaining to the story) -The game play isn't too complicated or demanding unless you count one particular pilot that they use as the big enemy, but what makes him hard is that he just zips around the map. That's fine if you could reach that level yourself, but you won't come close. This happens more than once, which just feels bad and I found myself audibly saying "Damn, this isn't even fun", because its not challenging but more annoying than anything -Customization feels like it doesn't do a lot, especially when you find out which weapons are the best and can be used universally against everyone. -The game feels like it ends right as its actually picking up steam -The quality in voice acting varies to an almost comical degree at times -You can't pet the dog that's sitting in the bay Ideally have a good melee weapon for the last mission because I spent about 4 minutes having to melee a borderline god because ammo is prevalent in every single mission except for the last fight. I got this through humble bundle so I don't feel ripped off, but I cant imagine paying more than like $10 for this on the best of days.
