Great game! Pure strategy, no dice rolling here. The cards all have simple explanations for what they do, but figuring out the best way to move forward and making them work together is the best part. And you can't argue with the price!
It's a faithful recreation of a fun board game. The UI works well and everything just works. The tutorials are good and the games against the AI are fun. A good option to play the game with friends who live far away and can't come over to board game night!
I've had this game for at least 6 years. I played it yesterday and somehow it no longer works. Why do you screw around with log ins and the like? Just let me play my game
The physical-to-digital translation: An accurate depiction of the tabletop board game, with excellent UI and user experience to help control the amount of mechanisms all in play. Online play is smooth. The biggest thing I have to remember is to select the button to end my turn, after I've done a whole stack of actions. The game itself: It's become a classic of worker placement games, with many paths to victory that invariably involve passive aggressively punching your neighbor(s) in the metaphoric junk. If you have the right players it always leads to great moments.
An excellent translation of the board game.
Love this game
Excellent game. Just the right amount of complexity and tactical decisions which a troglodyte could discern and flavor all about. An incredibly fun game for anyone!
Simple and fun :) nice digital version of the actual board game
Really great digital version of a really fun board game. I found myself missing Dune's simple combat mechanic, as this one is a very similar game but focused more on quest management. But it plays great, and the D&D theme is going to have a broad appeal over Dune (though I'm NOT a Dune fan, and I still prefer that game to this by a hair). Definitely worth the asking price!
Fun game. I think it is better in person with friends but when they can't play it is always a fun game on the computer to just see how good you can do.
