look, the game is ok for what it is. the music gets boring fast, and some of the animations are soooo slooooow. i would actually recommend this game, i was actually going to buy it for my grandson and a friend of his, who currently dont live in the same state. BUT: luckily I happened to notice what was done to the original ticket to ride video game. Days of Wonder / Asmodee shut down the multiplayer support and produced a new version of the game. they even had the cheeck to say "current owners will retain access to the game in their game library and can continue enjoying it without interruption". absolutely, as long as you werent interested in online multiplayer. whats to say they wont pull the same stunt with this game. sorry i will not support companies do this. its not obvious that its the same companies who manage these two games as they hahve different devs and publishers on steam. Its actually an ok game, pretty close to the board game. so buy it if you are not interested in online multiplayer and the parent company's behaviour doesnt worry you.

Um jogo de tabuleiro bem básico para você jogar com IA, se fosse um jogo real com amigos eu entendo o apelo, mas ficar clicando repetidas vezes nas áreas do mapa se torna cansativa depois de umas 5 rodadas. ---------------------------------------- It’s a very basic board game for playing against AI; I can see the appeal if it were a real game played with friends, but repeatedly clicking on areas of the map gets tedious after about five rounds.

You need to find the tutorial online because the in-game video link doesn't work anymore. Only play this if you played the OG version and you can't meet your friends in IRL.

Cannot get it to work. Cannot get multiplayer going, too many bugs to mention, read other reviews. Seems like even though you pay for it up front, once you go in you have to pay for content. The base game is also a terrible buggy mess, terribly designed and full of bugs.

You cant play it online at all, so no, I cant recommend it.

Я так понял какая-то знаменитая настолка... Русского нет (ставим руссик), обучения нет (типо игра так популярная, что я должен все знать?). Протыкал партию как-то и дропнул... Для фанатов игры видимо гуд, для человека со стороны что-то непонятное...

This game used to work okay but the servers/netcode seem screwed. Can't play with friendsd anymore and the main online games are buggy and disconnecty.

For those who haven't played the board game this is a fun relatively easy to learn game with a lot of variation. You can meet funny combination like flying dwarves, heroic ghouls, or beserker halfings. Then you take that group of people and try to expand into this area and gain as much money (i.e. points) within a certain number of rounds. You'll be playing multiple civilization in a single run but the whole game will last a set number of rounds depending on the number of players. I find it more fun with more players (4-5) range. If you like the board game this is a good addition to play on your own or online. Doesn't have all the expansions like Underworld, Skyworld, Riverworld, etc but has all the stand alone races and abilities of the original game. I have had it crash on me a couple of times but seems to save it alright so not much is lost.

Works well enough. Friends list is broken but online play still works. Crashes every now and then but allows you to rejoin.
