Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Reviews
A classic of the FPS genre that holds up today. On max graphics it looks more like a game made in 2014 than a game made in 2007 which goes to show you how far ahead of it's time the game was. Engaging gunplay, challenging gunfights, and a good variety of weapons and enemies makes this game brilliant. The one draw back would be the "zero-gravity" section but it is novel and mercifully short. Crysis is a giant in gaming history and a must play.
Nice game, what a shame i can't play it

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Let me start by saying that BioShock is one of the most overrated games in history. From the moment I started playing, it became clear that this game is a pretentious mess, wrapped in shallow storytelling and clunky mechanics that simply don't hold up. 1. Storyline: The game tries to pass itself off as some philosophical masterpiece with its “deep” themes about objectivism, free will, and dystopian societies. But let’s be honest—none of it is as intelligent as it pretends to be. The plot feels like it's been ripped straight from a high school philosophy class where the teacher ran out of meaningful things to say halfway through. The “big twist” was telegraphed so early on, it hardly lands. The entire narrative is a convoluted, self-important mess that loses its own point, if it ever had one. 2. Gameplay: BioShock’s gameplay is a chore. The combat system feels clunky and outdated, like they couldn’t decide whether they wanted a shooter or an RPG and ended up failing at both. The mechanics are unpolished, enemies are dull and repetitive, and don't even get me started on the ridiculously broken hacking mini-game, which drags you out of the action constantly. Oh, and the controls? Prepare for some of the most awkward, sluggish first-person shooting you've ever experienced. 3. Environment: The much-praised “atmosphere” of Rapture? It’s nothing more than a mishmash of gloomy, waterlogged corridors that become tiring within the first hour. Sure, the art deco style might have seemed unique on paper, but it quickly devolves into a monotonous backdrop for endless backtracking. The game spends way too much time patting itself on the back for the visuals, but when you’re spending most of your time trudging through dimly lit hallways that all look the same, the illusion quickly wears off. 4. Character Design: The characters are one-dimensional caricatures—none of them are interesting, let alone likable. Andrew Ryan, who is supposed to be this "visionary" antagonist, is nothing more than a tired trope—a cartoon villain spouting hollow rhetoric. And don't even get me started on the Big Daddies—they’re overused and lose their supposed “threatening” factor after the first couple of encounters. What starts as a somewhat intimidating presence becomes a dull grind, much like the rest of the game. 5. Audio & Dialogue: The voice acting is either overacted or completely forgettable, and the dialogue tries too hard to sound profound but ends up being clunky and forced. Listening to the audio logs scattered throughout the game was one of the most tedious aspects of the experience. If I wanted to read a book on philosophy, I’d have picked up one. Instead, I get second-rate exposition dumped on me every few minutes, ruining any potential for immersion. 6. Pacing: BioShock’s pacing is atrocious. The game constantly grinds to a halt with long, boring fetch quests that feel like lazy filler. The constant interruptions—whether it’s from hacking, backtracking, or pointless side objectives—make the whole experience a slow, painful slog. It’s almost like the developers threw in as many distractions as possible to hide the fact that the core gameplay is severely lacking. Final Verdict: 2/10 BioShock is nothing but style over substance. It’s a hollow, boring experience that’s somehow tricked people into thinking it’s a masterpiece. The story is shallow, the gameplay is broken, and the atmosphere is as exciting as a damp basement. If you want to play a game that wastes your time with bloated, pretentious nonsense, then BioShock is perfect for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and skip this overrated garbage.
