Crysis Remastered

Прошёл на ура — графика красивая, нанокостюм кайфовый, стелс завозит. Всё довольно легко проходилось, даже на сложности, кроме двух последних боссов — вот там пришлось попотеть. Остальное — чистое удовольствие, думаю как в старые добрые. Ностальгия небольшая присутствует + современная картинка = топ. (На год выхода). Взял бы ещё раз, если б не эти инопланетные уроды под конец.

Frustrating experience. Good game, but frustrating. Crysis is a good game, though I'll still have Crysis 2 as my favorite (it may change once I play Crysis 3), and it had some huge issues that I couldn't forget: - The gameplay is the same as in the sequel but it feels more combat oriented than Cry2, which is a perfect balance between the "ninja" and "Rambo" styles. For me it felt like being stealthy was extremely difficult, even on normal, with the enemies being too aware of the surroundings, but on Delta difficulty... it became 2 times harder. Also the last 3-4 missions are getting a big difficulty curve even on normal diff; - The energy recharge seemed a little slower compared to the sequel. Maybe I got used to the speed in that game. Idk; - The game kept on crashing constantly (not that it was a surprise on my Cry2 playthroughs), but compared to Cry2 when it just happened randomly in various missions, here all my crashes -same count as Cry2- have happened ONLY during Reckoning. As for the good aspects of Cry1: - The much better plot than the sequel, for sure, since it didn't feel like the second game tried to tell how it went after the ending of this game; - The graphics being really good and being the stable of the other two games, improving on it and pushing the hardwares at their limits (prob that's why the crashes lol); - I really loved the semi open sandbox aspect with the island. It gave me some Far Cry 3 vibes to it (again, it may change once I play Cry3). I kinda like Crysis 1 and I'm digging a little into the series. I can appreciate this game being the whole anchor for the sequels, each one having almost all the features known in Crysis1 improved (gameplay, level design, the action sequences, graphics, the iconic nanosuit etc. EXCEPT the story), BUT with the frustrations I had towards the last 3-4 levels and the stealth in general, I'll say it's a 7-8/10.

Enjoyable. It was probably great at the time it was released. The story is good as well.
