Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.89/day in the week to Aug 4 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

An extremely well made remaster that 100% respects the original source material! The devs showed this game love and care in the quality department, too. Whether you have played the original PSP version (I had years ago) or not, this one is DEFINITELY a must play for VII fans!

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 27: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Besides of representing the prequel to the FF7 Remake story, this game is absolute boring, the character's talk alot without even saying nothing many times, for the combat mechanics, they are simple but very repetitive which turns out to be annoying after some time. Cant recommend a game like this, even for the huge price that's on it. If you want to know the story, just watch the cutscenes on youtube.
Pretty fun spin-off game, just don't expect too much. In the most literal sense, the story is mid. It is made up of ten chapters. The first five are complete horse hockey. The pacing is very rushed and the things that happen don't make a lot of sense. The second half of the story is where the game shines. The games slows down to really focus on Zack. The things that happen have real impact and things start making sense as it gets closer to connecting with the original FF7. The gameplay is fine. Zack uses different hubs from which you can access your mission list. All of the missions in this game are very repetitive aside from some unique boss fights. (The enemies are unique, not the objectives) The combat is serviceable. Nothing groundbreaking but solid and functional. The performance of the game was also great. No issues with frames, stuttering, or crashes. Definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of FF7 but the game is rather short so best to wait for a sale.

Zack Fuiste el Mejor Héroe
Crisis Core is a remastered PSP game with many enhancements to improve the experience. The main game has 10 chapters along with around 300 optional missions that can be accessed from a save point. The battle system is action oriented even with the progression systems it has. The remaster of this game has been done gracefully in many different ways. It plays better, looks nicer and it has tons of quality of life options to improve the pacing significantly. The PC version has excellent performance with 95% of the time locked to 120 fps on 1440p. The game itself has some good characterisations, cutscenes, overall high quality and polish. You can’t help but root for Zack and love that he is one of the few normal people in the game, reacting the way you would hope/expect and not putting up with the bullsh*t of others. But, the game does have a few flaws related to its handheld roots. 300 missions might sound impressive in quantity but a lot of it is copy pasted. Some are literally reversed versions or maybe have slightly different enemies. The quantity should have been reduced or more effort should have been put to make them feel different. It’s really bad. Many of the game’s systems (progression and fights) can feel too basic at times, especially for a good while since a lot of systems are introduced later in the game. The areas also feel small in scope, often segmented in smaller rooms, clearly held back by the limitations of the past. Some of the characters definitely have different voice actors, it’s noticeable with Zack. The performance starts a bit awkward and weird but it does get better and you get used to it. The game also has TONS of missable achievements in very specific ways. There is an excellent guide on steam that helps with this, you really shouldn’t play without it if you want to get all the achievements on your first run. It’s undeniable that this remastered version is the best way to play the game. There is no going back after experiencing what’s on offer here. But what’s here is probably going to resonate with fans of FFVII the most. It’s great for fanservice, reliving certain moments and getting more out of specific events. The game itself, while highly polished, is not of a good enough standard to let other RPG fans play it for the gameplay part alone. I say this as someone who cried with the ending and enjoyed it for the most part aside from the repetitive missions. I am a big Final Fantasy fan though, I can be very patient and forgiving. It took me less than 53 hours to complete the game once and get all the achievements. Most of the achievements are doable when used with a guide to not miss them.
8/10 Made during the Kingdom Hearts, J-Fashion, and Anime trope-ification era of Square Enix in the early 2000s, Square tries to get in the mindset that made it's 1997's Final Fantasy VII an outright banger. Played the original 2007 PSP version when I was younger. It was not bad, but didn't get through it because I messed up a save. I've completed it this time by over-leveling to the MAX. This version has all good things and bad things of the original. The bad dialogue and story still weight down the game. Although like the last version of the game, the great depiction of Zack and your favorite characters from FFVII help save the game along with the solid combat. The new voice cast enhances this even more along with the stunning new visuals. The little lore tid bits sprinkled throughout the game are also nice. If you like Final Fantasy VII or Final Fantasy in general, go ahead and give it a go. It will take you back to a time when Square Enix was trying some different things and gaming was still finding its identity in the modern era of 3D games.
If you are riding high after Remake and want to know Zack's whole deal before diving into Rebirth, I know how excited you are, but just do not play this. It is not worth your time. There is not cool characterization for Cloud. There isn't even that for Zack. The gameplay is not deep or fun, it's grindy and easy to cheese. The story is nonsensical. You only have so much time on this Earth and you should not spend 10+ hours of it playing this. Spend it playing a game that is a masterpiece and you know will contribute to your aesthetic development. Watch 5+ of the best movies ever instead. Read that classic book that you haven't gotten around to. If you absolutely must, watch the cutscenes on YouTube at 5x speed. If I can save one person from this game I will be happy.
