Once you get tangled with the mob, you will forever be a part of the mob. At least they pay a decent salary and all you have to do is clean up after their dirty work, but you know what you’re doing. So clean crime scenes, earn as much money as you can, and get ready for the next mission.

About
When insurance companies dodge the responsibility, it’s up to you to save your daughter’s life. This will require some dirty work and shady clientele, but you have no other choice, right? When the big boss calls once again, bring a bucket and a mop cause you will really need them. Are you up for the challenge?
Every mess tells a different story, and every job demands a different approach. Switch between tools, combine their strengths, and plan your moves carefully to clean faster and smarter.
Look beyond the stains and scattered debris. Search every corner for evidence, collect what’s valuable, and dispose of what shouldn’t be found. Piece together fragments of the story hidden in blood trails, broken objects, and forgotten clues. And if some expensive watch goes missing, no one should care, right? The owner’s already dead.
No two crime scenes are the same. Each location holds fragments of a different story. From quiet, unsettling interiors to large, complex spaces, every mission offers new circumstances, new challenges, and a narrative for you to piece together as you clean through the mess.
Sometimes, the equipment you have is not enough and needs an extra oomph. If your lamps or flashlights are not strong enough, get new ones! If there is too much blood outside, get a powerwash upgrade! So, before every mission, check the perks available and boost your cleaning arsenal. If you can make your job easier... why not take that opportunity?
With all the gruesome things you will see and do on every job, you must not forget that you are doing this for her. The life of a single father has its challenges, and you need to overcome them all.
Some locations have a darker reflection waiting to be uncovered. Kovalsky’s nightmares transform known crime scenes into a twisted, unsettling version of itself. If you think you’ve mastered the job, it’s time to prove it where the nightmare begins.
No hints. No hand-holding. Just you and the mess. In this unforgiving mode, every stain must be found on your own, every detail carefully inspected without guidance.
Unlock unique skins for your sponge, mop, ozonator, power washer, and more as you explore the crime scenes and complete challenges. Customize your loadout, swap styles whenever you like, and bring a personal touch to every cleanup.

Reviews
Das Spiel ist Top! Vor allem wenn man mal etwas nicht Action geladenes braucht. Die mini Storys sind spannend und Abwechslungs reicht. Ganze 10/10 für mich.
This game is quite interesting and beautiful in a way. It has a storyline but you also get to unravel the little stories of each map, solve puzzles and find secrets. The soundtrack is truly amazing, cleaning is satisfying and smooth. There are enough steam guides to help you through the game, if something happens to hold you back. I recommend this game.
There is so much game in this game. Just you and your cleaning tools, with way more unique maps than I expected. Some puzzle elements and a minor bit of parkour in late game for those who want the secrets.
The game itself was genuinely fun. However, the newly added Act 2 story reminded me of a certain incident. I was about to quit, but I decided to finish it because I wondered if it was meant as a critique of that incident. After playing through it, though, I don't think that was the case. It came across as using a shocking subject simply as material for the game. Whatever the developer's intention was, that's how it felt to me. I really enjoyed the gameplay, but I don't see myself playing it again. Even if more DLC is released, I don't think I'll be buying it. I think topics this sensitive deserve to be handled with much greater care and consideration.

GOOD GAME
PlayWay is a fascinating company to me and I am fully invested in all their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ simulators. Some are definitely hit or miss, I would say Crime Scene Cleaner possesses a ton of charm beyond just the itch-scratching gameplay of "make things clean and neat" and I've got my eye on President Studio. The environments are rich, the secrets and environmental storytelling are fun to encounter, but it doesn't drift too far away from what brought me here: the need to decompress my brain with low-stakes taskslop. So many of these Polish simulator games are focused on blue-collar practicality, right down to how they choose to market and advance certain games - they run a lean campaign instead of blowing thousands on overinflated AAA cinematic ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nobody asked for and bring the unemployed masses what they really want, which is work. I do not yearn for whimsical escapist nonsense most of the time, I yearn to hold a mop and paint a wall. I yearn to carry individual trash bags back and forth from an ugly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ truck while listening to cassettes and my own squishy bootfalls. Please don't put me in outer space, don't put me in medi-renaissance-vague-LOTR-world and ask me to fight god, stop illustrating individual pores on faces so you can charge me $70 for something that makes my PC breathe fire and asks if I want to spend more on DLC and connect to their annoying proprietary software-slash-social-platform, unless you're going to give me the ability to pick up trash as well. Let me sponge something. Give me a barcode scanner. A shovel.
Honestly, I love these kind of games. Only thing to criticise is that there is not double the scenes to clean :D
It's great. Extra modes give proper replay value.
