Experienced players can take control of Travis Baker and win all the turf in Rockay City in a roguelite single-player campaign.
Build and manage your own crew of criminals and overthrow the current gang leaders in the city. Earn cash from completing missions, level up your heisters and gain permanent unlocks when you die to help you get closer to your ultimate goal in the next run.
With dozens of missions to choose from in the campaign, each randomised at the start of each run, you can make a name for yourself through petit thievery or grand, over the top heists.

Had already some hours on Xbox, was a fun alternative to Payday, with some Starpower like Chuck Norris, and such; roguelike, zombie modes to spice it up, etc. Nice gunplay overall. Not perfect still fun game with a lot of potential. Got now a copy on Steam to start over, esp. with proper M&K Support and also finally kirsche is back.

the game is fun dont get me wrong the movement feels like it has weight and the cops hit hard 1. but the fact that when iam in a loud heist my gun sometimes will not shoot when clicking my mouse several times this was before the most recent update and its still a present bug after the update for just the fact that my guns dont shoot when i want em to 2. the ai heisters are insanely bugged or just braindead they will push out of cover without firing a single bullet or just roam around FAR away sometimes they juststand there while several cops are just magdumping them they will not respond this creates an loop of reviving your AI teammates them getting downed again and then them dying if it AI was somewhat decent they would at least shoot at every cop that is within a certain range but this doenst happen they will just stare at someone who is dumping lead at them and they will just tank it and die. iam not one to generally rage at games but when a team AI wanders into the line of sight of 7 swat agents when iam running for the extract for the 20th time i get close to punching my monitor if these points are fixed i will revert my rating to recommend this game because it is realy fun i bought it a year or 2 ago enjoyed it every now and again but i come back to a barrely playable game that struggles at basic things in the current state of the game i DO NOT RECOMMEND you buy this game
I honestly don't get the hate for this game. It's gameplay first, it's comically evident. Although the story and acting is over the top, I think it has a lovable charm. The roguelite gamemode I believe is a interesting take on the genre, by no means groundbreaking. Fun challenge solo, better with friends.
Honestly, i prefer this game to the Payday games. Sure, Payday 2 has a lot more content (because of paid DLCs) and i hope this game will still get updates for a few more years. This game has better gameplay and the mechanics are more interesting but it does lacks in terms of content (maps, weapons, characters). Some characters are interesting but Payday 2 has more interesting characters (because of paid DLCs) and its weapon customization unlike this game. Difficulty-wise, i prefer this game, it's not hard nor easy, it's pretty standard, while Payday endless waves of polices has always annoyed me plus it lacks the gang turf war that this game has. It kind of feels like Gangs of London for the PSP or even Scarface: The World is Yours (minus the open world aspect but maps are big enough) Hopefully that the modding tools will let us create new maps, new missions, new weapons and more content, we would only have to hope that there would be a strong modding community. It's a 8/10 for me but i could see people give it a 6.7/10 or 7/10, at the same time, i wasn't expecting much from this game. Edit: Took me about 7 hours to complete my first roguelike campaign on medium difficulty, not sure how there's so many players who failed the campaign so early, difficulty-wise, i prefer this game to Payday.. Anyway, great game, hope to see more of it! Perhaps a rogue-like mode similar to the one we've got but where we play as the cops instead, would be pretty neat too! Edit 2026-03-22: Rest in Peace Chuck Norris, i wasn't really following him (nor any actors / celebrities) but he looked like a good guy compared to most celebrities and he wasn't scared of talking about his faith and Jesus which is wrongly seen in society but especially in the cinematic world. Peace in Jesus is a peace that will last forever, it knows no end, it's for eternity so congratulations to you my brother in Christ and good graces to his family, God never abandons his childrens.

how does this game not have an ai warning on the page it has some of the worst immersion breaking ai posters on some mp maps and on coffee machines for no reason. u have the vanilla ice assets for that mission why do this
