About

Both colonists and monsters can find their way in your world. Build bridges, tunnels, stairs, overpasses and underpasses to make sure your colonists get where they want to go, and monsters don't! Plant a banner to start your colony. As you recruit more colonists, more monsters will try to invade your colony! Build walls, dig moats and construct forts to deal with the increasing threat.

Use an extensive science system to unlock jobs, blocks, upgrades and new weapons! Your colony will start in the Stone Age with just a handful of primitive jobs. Produce new materials, study clay tablets and scrolls, sell luxury items and advance throughout the timeline. Ultimately, you will be able to unlock gunpowder weapons, gliders, printing presses, rails and much more!

Advancing the tech tree requires resources that are only present in special locations. Purchase the resources in the marketplace for a high price, or find those locations using the astrolabe and build your own outposts on mountaintops, in swamps and other places. Use gliders and rails to move quickly from one location to another.

Easily launch a co-op server from the main menu, and invite friends to join your world. Share ownership of a single colony with multiple friends, or build your own colonies and trade items and science. It's also possible to use our advanced server tool to set up a more complex system. Extensive mod support allows players to customize their experience exactly as they want.

We regularly release fixes, improvements, tweaks and content updates. Here a couple of highlights from many, many changelogs:
June 16, 2017: 0.1.15. Public release. Contained a handful of jobs and items.
October 31, 2017: 0.4.0. Lots of new items, new guards and new monsters.

The game sets out to be a colony management tower defense game set in a minecraft style world, and I dont think it does any of those things particularly good. Overall I think it feels to unfinished and doesn't do well in what it (seemingly) sets out to be, and it's not worth the price. There is no real incentive to actually build anything major, other than the fun of building it (which ill get to later). You might expect that in a zombie survival game where you build a colony and defend it the zombies can actually hurt you, but they really cant. They simply follow the quickest path to the Flag (your colony's core) and you place archers along hat path to shoot them down. Theres a couple variations of zombies that simply have more health and a different look, and theres a couple types of archers. Since they can't actually break anything (unless there is no path to the flag) you can just build a two block wall of dirt or a 2 block deep moat around your settlement and they will all be funneled into one entrance. There is no reason to use any of the harder to get blocks, other than aesthetics. There is no reason to build a wall and man it. You just build a little maze at the entrance, place a couple archers and youre good to go. As for the colony part, it also doesn't give you an incentive to build. The colonists have no needs, other than a bed and food. Theres no room requirements, happiness, disease, or anything like that. You can simply a couple rows of beds and crafting stations. The only nice part I see about them is the farms. And finally the building part. As I said earlier, the building is 99% aesthetics and the choice of blocks has no impact on the actual gameplay, regardless of how tedious it might be to get. The Graphics are really weird, tho that comes down to personal taste. On one hand you have grass and stone using a prpetty highly detailed shader to appear fuzzy, and then you have things like the roof tiles, zombies and stair tiles that are super basic. It just feels lazy and unloved. So even if you wanted to build big nice things you will encounter so many unpolished things, styles that don't match and as someone who loves to build in Minecraft Creative I can't find any pleasure in it in this game. You barely have to build for the game mechanics and building for aesthetics is not a pleasant experience either. What I would've liked to see, especially given how old this game is by now: - Room limitations, so you cant just make one massive bunk for you colonists - Colonist moods. Maybe they are happy from having more types of food (currently they all count the same and some are just cheaper), maybe they dislike being too many in one room, maybe they dislike being underground. - More unique types of zombies - Zombies that can actually break blocks, and then perhaps a system where a lower lvl zombie can only break lower lvl blocks like wood but not stronger ones like stone. - A system to incentivize higher walls. Perhaps a zombie type that can climb a few blocks, or a system like in Cataclismo where higher walls become stronger. If this was a new game, especially since its a two-man dev team, I'd say theres potential. But it's not, it's been around for a couple years now and I see the same problems now that I saw in videos back then,

I want to like this game, but for me it's slow and very very dull. Crafting and and sort of leveling feels very clunky. I gave it a few hours but it's just soo bland. I get it's a "you get what you make of it game" but Minecraft is like that and far less boring than this.
Bro this game is actually really fun but honestly wait for a sale because its not worth dropping 25
Go perma 50% off please, the price makes me refund this. I will probably buy and play it again in january when it goes cheaper
Minecraft but with a science tree, and most importantly, you have slaves
Играю в ,так сказать, Майнкрафт, и я там император. Но вот что бесит: нельзя коммунизм замутить!
I forever wanted to play this game since childhood, and I will continue to play it even more
看逆风笑视频才来玩的, 我从最开始这个游戏还处处显露着原始的时候开始玩,到现在更新成我不认识的模样,很不错的单人游戏, 有个朋友一起玩也不错,有点像我的世界的mod。 XD
This game scratches an itch that no other game I've played really has. HANK DON'T ABBREVIATE COLONY POINTS HANK
