For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Solid 5/10 game. I finished the game in about 21 hours, and I land right in the middle at a 5 because while it kept me interested enough to finish it, it also never really did anything that impressed me. The visuals were okay, and the animations were pretty rough, though I can give it some slack considering it was a new IP at the time. Combat wasn't spectacular, but the build variety was cool and was probably the most interesting part of the game. Being able to switch Blood Codes and experiment with different setups kept combat from feeling completely stale. My biggest issue was just how repetitive the experience became. It felt like I was doing basically the same thing over and over until the credits rolled. Explore an area, fight mostly familiar enemies, find another Mistle, fight a boss, repeat. Some areas were more visually interesting than others, but mechanically they rarely felt different enough to break up that loop. The story was passable, but it also suffered from some weird structural issues. You'll meet a character and within the first 15 minutes of knowing them, the game is basically handing you their entire life story. It made some emotional moments feel less earned because I barely had time to actually get attached to the character before the game expected me to care deeply about their past. The bosses had some frustrating attacks and deaths, but considering this is a Soulslike, I don't really count that against the game unless it crosses into genuinely unfair or broken territory, and for the most part it didn't. Nothing about Code Vein was bad enough to make me regret playing it, but nothing stood out enough to push it above average either.
CODE VEIN is a really fun action RPG with a great anime-inspired style, satisfying combat, and a surprisingly enjoyable story. The character customization and Blood Code system give you a lot of freedom to experiment with different builds, and there’s something really satisfying about finding a setup that works perfectly for your playstyle. The companions are also a nice touch, and the world has some genuinely memorable areas and bosses. It definitely has its rough edges, but overall I had a great time playing it and would absolutely recommend it to fans of games like Dark Souls and anime-style RPGs. My biggest complaint, especially as an achievement hunter, is the Exalted Reputation achievement. The amount of farming required to get all the Marks is way too high. It turns what should be a fun completion goal into a repetitive grind, and eventually it starts feeling more like a chore than an achievement. I don't mind putting in extra effort for 100%, but this particular achievement asks for far more grinding than feels reasonable. Despite that, CODE VEIN is a great game with a lot to offer. If you enjoy challenging combat, character builds, exploration, and anime aesthetics, definitely give it a try. 8.5/10 — Great game, painful achievement grind.

A fun soullslike with some flaws It looks really nice and has a fine soundtrack. Story heavy with alogt of caracter storys. I wish the many attacks and some combos from bosses wouln´t oneshot for no good reason. Enemys feel a bit to reused lateron, bosses are hit or miss, but there´s a few really fun bosses. Building is a bit weird, I´m still not fully sure about some things tho I like the concept, good ways to make a build you want with different kind of weapons, personally I´d say the Bayonetts were really fun to use. I like the depths maps, small dungeons with refighting bosses that let you farm upgrade materials Parrys and espiecally backstabs feel jank/inconsistent. And the grind for one achievement is a bit extreme tho I´ll do it anyways and finish the rest afterwards. High discount makes it really worth picking up, the demo is great and gives a good look what the game has to offer, I had a gopod time with some frustrating moments, at the end Id say espiecally for the discount it´s worth
