Comparable to any free mobile game you could find on the Play Store back around 2010. If all you want is to see your achievement counter go up on your profile, it does the job. If you expect those achievements to also be useful for profile customization, like in Zup! games, then you are better off looking elsewhere. The gameplay offers nothing particularly exciting, and for the price it is sold at, it is hard to recommend it for anything beyond simple achievement farming.
Achievement farm, in the guise of a city builder, that was an obvious mobile port.
