Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Boring. Not for me.
a fun puzzle builder. It's like a simpler version of ISLANDERS, but less polished. One major disadvantage of this game is that production buildings don't have a range, so you can build a farm on one side of the island and the bakery on the other, without penalty or bonus. It makes the town feel less connected, gameplay less deep. On the other hand, maybe it's nice to not worry about logistics. The game is pretty hard for what looks like a casual game. There's not much difference between Easy, Hard, and Impossible difficulties, only the starting resources. Combat is the weakest part of the game. You can only control one unit at a time, and you do so with only the left mouse button. As you can imagine, it often happens you click one unit to move somewhere, but accidently click to select another unit. As such, tactics are nearly impossible to execute. And strategy is almost always the same. The Fate of Gods aspect is interesting. It's an event that gives you 4 choices for random bonuses. But you should always pick the one with an invasion, because they disabled the invasions, so you get the full bounty at no cost. The game shows some lack of polish. It doesn't remember if a resources was going up or down after you load a game. There's a typing error in the achievements. The endless mode has no fish and deer, so it looks a little lifeless (not to mention those are good starting resources). Despite the negatives, the game was fun to play, Looking at your resources to think what's the best next move, Finding that one pixel that maximizes production. I'm looking forward to getting the sequel, Citizens: On Mars, which has even worse reviews lol

So far I'm really enjoying this, but it's important to know what kind of game it is. It is NOT a strict city builder, but instead, it's a minimalist city builder with puzzle elements. Normally I hate puzzle city builders, but this was does it quite well. In typical puzzle city builders, you have to keep guessing until you finally realize the right order to build things, where it's basically just trial and error, or at best figuring out what's expected, and doing what your'e "supposed" to do. This game doesn't really do that. Each time you build something, a turn passes (so you gain resources you're harvesting and what not). You progress upwards in production, slowly making more expensive and difficult stuff. The balance is quite well done, feels fair, and even intuitive for the most part. If I lose a level, I can see where I wasted my time, and the next time I get it for sure. It's not just trial and error, and it's not about doing what you're "supposed" to do. Instead, you have the creativity to build your little village how you want, so it feels like your own. In terms of the minimalist aspect, this is NOT a normal city builder, where you essentially just build one city to the max. This is essentially a level type game, where you beat the level, and move on to the next. The whole game is built around this concept, and it works well, where I don't even really want to continue my village, and instead, I'm excited to start my next island. However, there is apparently a type of endless mode or something, but I haven't gotten into that yet. I'd recommend this for people that want a city builder that they don't have to take too seriously, where it has more of an arcade/puzzle type feel, so you can bang off a level in a quick play session. If you have that in mind when playing, you'll enjoy it.
Misunderstood masterpiece.

I may change this review if the game overwhelms me in play. But let me say the initial tutorial robot utterly turned me off to it. To place such a poor quality character in the beginning is absolutely horrible. I will write more as things develop.
