Very average hidden objects game so I'm giving it a sideways thumb, the reason why I set it on not recommended because it lacks a lot of elements. They said the story based on Christmas Carol novel, sure it does but you don't actually follow the story itself, instead you are a mother of two bored kids who want to play with her but she is busy with her paperwork. The story was inconsistent and you keep jumping from a place to another in a rushed way. Cons: -Short game (takes an hour to finish) -Average story. -No steam achievements. -No map. -No voice overs. -Rushed story. -Laggy gameplay and screen transition. -Few to none-existing soundtracks. -Few Hidden objects scenes. -Few puzzles (None of them difficult or challenging) This game doesn't have the depth you usually find in decent hidden objects game. But if you feel the need to play a short -with few HO- and no voice overs then this one is for you, although the price is a little bit steep for what you get. GAME BREAKING BUG -- DO NOT BUY I have been stuck at cabinet for months now early in the game. It says to search it if I press hint -- but there is no option to search it. As far as I can tell this is a game breaking bug with no fix. I posted months ago with no developer response. I will change my review if the game gets fixed.

From what we saw and read on the Store Page this game sounded really interesting. As there is no German version available, we started a group play on a German forum. HANDS OFF! The 3 hours I have on the clock are due to playing the game twice. Once taking notes and screenshot to help along those who don't speak English so well. A seasoned player will need less than an hour to get through. Challenging Adventure set in Victorian age London? No real challenge at all. Well, probably if you consider giving milk to cats to be one. Diverse mix of Puzzles and Hidden Objects? Yes, ok, true. But 6 (six) HO's in the whole game? Not really crammed, is it? Beautifully drawn locations? Yes, absolutely. Captivating Soundtrack? The only tune I heard was Auld Lang Syne. Based on the famous novel by Charles Dickens? The phone book must be based on it as well and is longer and more entertaining than this game.

Really horrible game for numerous reasons; * poor English translation of items * game has lag and numerous glitches (lag in a hog)? * no voice overs, no music, no atmosphere Please pass on this game. Much better Christmas games in the store than this one. And don't confuse this one with Christmas Stories-Christmas Carol

Игра с багами, хотя, казалось бы, откуда быть багам в point-and-click?! Да и, в целом, история никудышная. Однообразная, пресная, без какого-либо логического повествования. Советую лишь в том случае, если хочется посмотреть "Новогодние Блестяшки", да и то - с большим "натягом".

I was really looking forward to playing this game, I started it in the afternoon and played for a couple of hours and looked forward to playing the next morning,however after logging in the next morning i found there was only 5 minutes of game left to play!!! The shortest game ive ever played, so disappointing, complete waste of money sorry

This game is a bad joke. It can be completed in one hour. A few very weak puzzles, HOS scenes. There is no Christmas mood in it. It does not work smoothly. The price of this game is scandalous compared to the content. The game should be available for free. There is absolutely no joy in playing this game. Overall: 0/10

Kaum Story und nach 50min ist man fertig. Zum Glück habe ich nur einen Key gekauft. Die Disk wäre sowas von unnötige Umweltverschmutzung!
