INTERESANTE MAS QUE MUCHOS OTROS
Fun with A Lot of Potential

This game is enjoyable.
[p]This is exactly what I've been looking for. An ARPG that also allows for building and crafting. I'm really enjoying the game and how smooth the gameplay is. The magic feels powerful and dangerous, the bows are smooth and you knock arrows fast, and the melee feels strong and enjoyable. I really don't have too many complaints as the premise of the worlds and linking worlds that you create together is for the concept of exploration and building your own experience. A true this experience is what you make it style of gameplay/endgame.[/p]
There's a few things I'd like to see advancements on though:
[olist] [*] A more interactive and true map. I like the simplicity of the map, but I would like to see more elements on the map shown like small clusters of tin or copper, not marked by a ?. Maybe areas that have a particular beast if you're looking for a certain type of grilled meat, like turtle, for instance, grants +20 intelligence. Also, we should be able to place a marker on the map and label it. Right now, we can only remove a preset marker from the map, for some reason. [*] Hardcore Mode: I'd like to see a hardcore mode to where you lose your character if you die. Keep the world as you can now, but the character dies. [*] Radius for Building Homes: Please widen the radius for building a home. There's a lot of unoccupied space, so we should have a wider radius for building our base or small community in current seed without having to have multiple workbenches in the area. [*] Building Options: IT would be awesome to build a glass house or display. We're limited on what we can build our house out of [*] Companions: I would like to have a pet that also helps out in fights. Maybe that's a skill to tame a wild animal or a necromancer class at some point. But I would love to be surrounded by wolves or bear companions that follow me around and get on the sails I build to go to different areas. [/olist]
Conclusion
[p]I can't wait to see how it changes on release. I'm really looking forward to putting many hours into this game.[/p]
Enorme potentielle ne surtout pas laché .
재밌기는 한데 분량이 너무 짧긴하다.. 7시간만에 현재 나온거까지는 다깸
good game. similar in style as a mashuo between, valheim and tribes of midgaard in one. the content that is there is good. but as of now, there only basic biome, and haunted kinda biome. 2 bosses, one for each. so dont expect big varity. that goes for the spells as well, in regard of flexibility, cuz i felt like there was only one true way each build. with that said, its EA and EARLY. sowhat i expected was low qual iso survival. now i done all there is to do in roughly 14 hrs, in repetition, -though satisfying GJ DEVS from me :)
Valheim вид сверху, задумка очень интересная, но совсем не оптимизирована, постоянно фризит прогружая карту, от этого через 10 мин хочется ее выключить
I enjoy a lot of the core concepts of this game. I got a bit of a demo vibe with the amount of content, but it was a fun experience. I'd continue playing if there was more to do.
Successful combination of diablo and v rising. Survival aspect is not dominant, so I was able to focus on fighting and take base building as nice addition.
Recommend but with a very large grain of salt! The keyword here is "potential." You may see reviews at 15ish hours, those people played for the sake of. I've done most of what's relevant to progression within 6 and anything more would be to max out (even more) stuff I wouldn't need even if there was a whole slew of new content. So just know you don't have much to do here. That being said, I like the game, the way it plays, the loop is okay. Though I struggle to figure HOW they'll make this interesting if it's not just a classic: "new" island tier, with "new" mats that do the same thing but with different names, to craft "new" gear (again, same thing higher level). We shall see! I won't be giving them a thumbs down though as the potential is there. SUGGESTIONS: - More bind options like Interact in WASD - The ability to switch out basic attacks (LMB and RMB) - Make the raft an item you can use to spawn and collect. I basically end up doing the same thing but with its mats (shore, break, explore, shore, craft). Sure it "makes sense" to have to do that, but it's easy QOL to make your raft more like an item you use (and maybe even have to upgrade/repair!).
Sometimes review ratings can be a bit misleading- I have bought games with "overwhelmingly positive" and shelved them after a few minutes, as compared to games such as this, which was totally my kind of game, as I enjoy building, crafting, the loot grind. I ended up playing it for almost 2 days straight when I first got it. The developer is very responsive on the discord, after we highlighted some bugs with the latest update it was fixed almost immediately. About the game itself- it's kind of like a isometric Valheim, but I prefer this as newer graphics sometimes gives me motion sickness. From my own experience (and also from the reviews of others)- you can finish the game loop in about 12-14 hours, assuming you go in blind and don't read any guides or spoilers. For me I found the building system quite engaging, though limited for now- I try to build bases in all sorts of creative spots which is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. As for the RPG gameplay there are classes, but they do not restrict your build or items, however I find that the "warrior" one (the marine) is the best as the food buffs last longer- the other 2 classes passives/skills are mediocre. The skill tree can be reset any time at no cost, and the linking system between skills and glyphs is pretty interesting. In all, I still think you should try this game out for yourself to see if you enjoy it- I certainly did, already 60 hours in it, and I will be sure to do a full run every time an update drops.
