About
A brutal FPS. One girl. One gun. One recording.
They broke into her life.
They filmed her. They destroyed her.
Now she's back - and she's filming them.
Better Than Dead is a brutal first-person shooter set in the depths of photorealistic Hong Kong.
You play as a survivor who’s done running. She’s got a pistol, a bodycam, and a kill list.
Every level is a raid. And every raid has a rhythm.
You'll die. You'll learn. You'll come back faster - until every run feels like the revenge scene it was meant to be.
Bodycam revenge shooter – Film every step. Every shot. Every death. No mercy.
Learn, adapt, dominate - Each room has a rhythm. Die, read the layout, and come back harder. Every run is faster than the last.
Photorealistic Hong Kong – Fight your way through iconic action-movie settings: neon-lit restaurants, seedy nightclubs, back alleys, rooftop dens.
Raw, aggressive gunplay - Slide into bullet time. Move fast. Hit harder.
Cinematic action style – Inspired by classic Hong Kong action films from the ’80s and ’90s.

I really enjoyed playing the first two missions, just feeling motion sick during the gameplay made me stop. Don't get me wrong, I would recommend this but only to people who won't feel nauseous while playing FPS games.
Пушка, как ситком смотреть, всё реалистично, как будто на камеру снято, звук пистолета реалистичен, на каждой карте своя стратегия прохождения
I am still playing through it, but the potential here is nuts. Maybe I haven't gotten to it yet, but I would love some more enemy variety, some more things I can pull off in combat like vaulting or something and just things like that. The core here is so so so fun and for the price tag 100% worth it I could truly see this title being up with hotline Miami if they keep this up Edit: So I just finished it super short rn but I still see serious potential, all I want is more!

Интересно, прикольно, аркадно. Проходится примерно за час (время не смотрите, я отходил). Стрельба действительно рандомна, а так в целом классно. (Словил звуковые баги - звук дыхания (даже в esc), какой-то звук карандаша)
Fast, sloppy and fun
Don't hear what they say about the aiming. It's one of the smartest features about his game. Yes, you can't easily point your shots, though holding how can really help. But this actually adds to the experience. It keeps you on your feet and calculating your risks. It's deeply immersive and makes you feel like a badans, not because of how you aim like its COD, but by how you plan and anticipate enemies. The best way I'd describe its like playing pistol whip but you don't have auto aim on. so you aim at the general direction, spray, or aim downsight at the cost of your movement. This is not to say that the game is perfect. There are cleary issues with this port. - Sometimes its really hard to tell where object collision ends. - Enemies can clip through surfaces and I'm pretty sure you can too because sometimes it seems like you get shot through them. - Enemies will shoot through props that you can't see through but that bullets can go thorugh. i.e clothes in the second ambush level. Give it a try!
great game but needs more content like guns, other maps, dynamic blood, better gun sounds etc
I really enjoyed this game. It's fun and well made, but I don't think I'll be playing it as often as I expected. Even so, I don't regret trying it, and I had a great time with it. I ended up refunding it because I wanted to put the money toward another game that I'll probably play more often. That said, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try if it looks like your kind of game.
très très bon body cam ultra réaliste et magnifique.
can you rework ultrawide support?
