I'm sensing a real diamond in the rough here, all the best aspects of Factorio and Satisfactory in a low poly wrapper that bridges the gap between the two games. It needs a lot of polish and some QoL features to be implemented (namely a map and waypoint system) but the bones are there for a truly epic game as development continues. The dev is somewhat responsive on the Steam forums as well, so there is hope this one will get the love it deserves as he cooks. Needs time before it will truly blossom, but VERY high hopes for this one.
Played the demo a ton and this is going to be an amazing game !!!!! Satisfactory and factorio level good. Not quite as pretty but still feels good to automate and scratch that itch
luv it
FIRST 59.5 HOURS WAS GREAT !!!!!! went to change from "windowed" to full and locked up cant do anything !!!! uninstalled twice started new game nothing helps !!! ok so i found the 1 bug that stops all gameplay ! thanks dev for the reply so i could get back to the game
EXCELLANT captures mother of factories, most interesting to see where developer takes it
Belts of Iron surprised me in the best possible way. The map is 13 times larger than in Satisfactory, and the gameplay feels incredibly smooth and satisfying. The creator is the same person behind Builderment — a game I used to play endlessly on my iPad, and my son did too — so I already had high expectations. I tried the demo first and thought, “Yeah, this is pretty good.” But the full version? Pure poetry. The low‑poly 3D style works beautifully, the pacing is spot‑on, and building complex production chains is just as addictive as in the best factory games out there. If you enjoy automation, logistics, and watching your creations come to life piece by piece, I genuinely recommend Belts of Iron.
bom!
This is a fantastic game and one that I find incredibly addictive. If you enjoy open-world exploration, base building, resource management, and strategy, there's an enormous amount of content here to keep you engaged for many hours. The gameplay offers an excellent balance of freedom and progression, always giving you another goal to work towards or another area to explore. Although I've only had the opportunity to invest a handful of hours so far due to an already busy schedule, I constantly find myself wanting to come back for "just one more session." That's always the mark of a well-designed game. One of the game's greatest strengths isn't just the gameplay itself, but the dedication of its developer. They have consistently listened to community feedback, released regular bug fixes, and continued adding meaningful improvements. It's refreshing to see a developer who is genuinely passionate about their project and committed to delivering the best possible experience for players. In an era where too many games are rushed out and then left behind once the money has been taken, this level of ongoing support deserves recognition. I first played the game during its early development period in early April, before its release in May. As expected with any game still in development, I encountered a few bugs along the way. However, it has been genuinely rewarding to watch the game's progress. The vast majority of those early issues have now been resolved, performance has improved significantly, and the overall experience feels far more polished and enjoyable. I'm looking forward to creating much more content around the game as it continues to evolve. A sincere thank you to the developer for providing me with early access way ahead of the launch date and allowing me to experience the game's development first hand. It's been impressive to see how much it has grown in such a short space of time, and I have no doubt I'll be returning for many more hours of gameplay. I have no hesitation in recommending this game to anyone who enjoys open-world survival and base-building experiences. It offers excellent value for money, and with the developer's continued commitment to improving and expanding the game, I believe it will only become better with each update. Enjoy.
