Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I had watched someone else play this game years ago, and since then, the itch to mess with potions has increased, so I picked this game up to try it out (I basically forgot everything except random story and plot bits). Overall, i love and enjoy this game, and I can't wait to eventually get to the next game in the mysterious arc. While it might seem below I have more gripes than pros, the many gripes are greatly outweighed by just how fun the potion system is once you truly understand it, and get enough going to make some broken traits (for example, there is a trait that trivializes every battle. Personally don't plan to use it but it might be useful for certain farming.) Pros: - The potioning feels so GOOD when you get a max'ed out result, and then seeing Sophie stand there as she commits war crimes with a nuke is great. - On death, you get sent back to base with a portion of your inventory discarded, but no game over. I'll accept it. - The story is cute, her friends are fun, the town is wholesome. There's enough yapping to keep you busy for a while. - Bless refills. Cons: - Lots of the information you need to git gud isn't actually told to you that well (i.e. potioning), so you have to either make assumptions or watch a few guides to truly understand how to work it well. - To discover new potions, you have to accomplish some sort of task, like make a potion with an effect or go somewhere. The issue lies in that there's a few hints that were not right due to translation errors, or are too broad to really be of much help ("Talk to lady who does x" means go talk to a random NPC somewhere at this very specific time). They could have given a bit more context "Talk to lady doing x under the moon" would have at least been a better start. - English dub isn't really there (I think i saw mention that only 20% of the lines are dubbed in english) so you are better off playing with the JP voices anyway. -Some quests require you to collect random specific items from other quests, which are also useable, so if you aren't careful, you might end up in a situation where you accidently used it, and won't get it again until very late game. Just why. Other: - Keyboard/Mouse is not good. Don't try it. Just use a controller. - Plays perfectly on Steam deck - Plays well on desktop if you do a bit of tinkering (just has a few graphical cuts if you don't)

13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Aug 26: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

first Atelier game, loved it crafting system has a surprising amount of depth, adding some (optional, but really fun to figure out) min-maxing components to an otherwise casual experience. also has an english dub with roughly ~40% coverage of all scenes if you want to replay the story to max out achievements playtime: 120h 1st playthrough (hardest difficulty, all gears hypermaxed, all bosses); 40h 2nd playthrough (finished achievements)
