Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 29 → 3.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
And make money while doing so! Astronomics is an asteroid mining automation game where every operation is temporary, every asteroid is different, and every haul gets you one step closer to home.
Procedurally generated asteroids pass through your mining claim, bringing new opportunities (and challenges) with every expedition. Intercept them with your Freighter, pilot your Shuttle to the surface, and establish an operation before the asteroid moves out of range. Time is Cube Corp Credits, you know.
Find valuable resources, build mining infrastructure, and dispatch Workerbots to transport materials around the asteroid. As your operation grows, automate extraction and logistics to get more done before time runs out. Then bring everything back to your Freighter for manufacturing before selling your goods at Cube Corp.
Every asteroid is a new operational puzzle. Explore procedurally generated environments, discover resources, and decide how much infrastructure you can build. And how much you can realistically get out before the asteroid leaves your claim.
Start by gathering resources yourself, then build toward a fully automated operation.
Explore passing asteroids and discover their unique resources, properties, and challenges.
Build mining infrastructure to extract resources while the asteroid is within your claim.
Deploy Workerbots to transport materials and keep your operation moving.
Command your bots with your Command bot and organize increasingly complex logistics.
Automate extraction and transportation to get more resources with less manual work.
Defend your equipment from the pirates who would rather take your hard-earned resources for themselves.
Plan around changing conditions as procedurally generated asteroids put your operational skills to the test.
As your mining operation becomes more sophisticated, you'll have to think beyond simply finding resources. What should be automated? Where should your bots go? What equipment is worth bringing? Did you totally forget a Workerbot on that last asteroid? Whoops. Ok, how much can be extracted with the current equipment before the asteroid is gone?
Complete contracts throughout the belt, taking on jobs ranging from data collection and search-and-rescue operations to equipment manufacturing.
Then use your earnings to upgrade your equipment and expand your Freighter. As your gathering capabilities grow, you'll need more manufacturing capacity to process materials. And protect yourself from the pirates who also want your materials.
Explore a vast map of asteroid regions, discover new resources and challenges, expand your operation, and take on increasingly ambitious contracts. But don’t forget to keep your eye on the real prize: a Residency Permit on Earth.
Because Earth isn't home anymore. Well, not yet, anyway. The asteroid belt is where the work is. It's where the money is. And if everything goes according to plan, it's where you'll earn enough to finally come home...for the very first time. Good luck!

Save option only at stations is a f joke tbh
Such a good little game to deal with stress. I load it up with some music and the bad scary things in life go quiet for a few moments.
9/10 (and I'm pretty sure it's going to be +1 over the course of Early Access) It's basically crack for anyone with only minimal amounts of problem solving capabilities. Crazy well thought out gameplay loop with partial automation and increasing efficiency in mining / harvesting / fighting pirates being the main player progression. The progression felt pretty much like in Astroneer, which is very good. Dev is very active and responsive in Discord.

Unfortunately, cannot recommend. Weird frame drops, and turning vsync on and off doesn't fix it either way. When I say framedrops, I mean you get .3 seconds of 20fps, .2 of 15fps, .3 of 0.05 fps, with about 0.3 of total freeze. My goal fps is set to 30 fps in the game settings. I have watched many people play this game on YouTube, and it always looks fun and smooth. Not the case for me. Sorry, I cannot recommend a game broken this badly. I have a Linux laptop with 8gb RAM, 500gb storage.
It has no windowd fullscreen and I apear to have broken the game on my second mission by tring to jump to nowhere to scan for more asteroids.

This game is extremely fun. There's absolutely nothing I have bad to say about this game so far. Although I just started playing a few hours ago I haven't quit out yet so I really dunno how long I've been on. But this game has sucked me in. I'm really really enjoying the gameplay loop. I enjoy going out and gathering, upgrading, selling, going back out. Doing a bit better each time. So far is very fun and addicting. The rewards feel like rewards. When you unlock upgrades you really feel how much it helps your progression. Once you figure out the basics and learn some tricks this game is just so damn fun. The ONLY thing I would ask for is more customization for my workerbot and my character. My ship too if possible. But again, I've only started playing. For the price of this game its 110% worth it. I'm super bummed out I'm just now finding this game. I literally just looked up and saw it was releasesd in 2025 but the dev is still updating. So badass. I purchased this game in a bundle with Star Valor. LOVE this game. Star Valor is meh. But Astronomics rules. EDIT: I didn't realize this game has been out over a year. So going back to my first line there.. I actually do have something to ♥♥♥♥♥ about lol. For this game having been out well over a year. There's about 4-5 hours of content before you reach the end of everything. It is early access i know, but literally end of progression is 4-5 hours in. Maybe 6-7 if you wanna push it. And I'm taking my time. Once youre about 3-4 hours in you hit an extreme wall. The resources you need are suddenly extremely rare so upgrades become very very difficult and slow/grindy to get. I played for a few hours today solely to farm silver and found it once on a planet and got 65 silver out of the 500 or so I needed. Im gonna quit for now and come back to it later when 1.0 is released so I don't get burned out. It really is a game with great potential though.
I'm very much into this game since the first demo. You land on an asteroid and mine any valuable resource with your bots then haul what you can carry to a nearby station where you can either use and refine the resources to upgrade your ship and shuttle, or sell them for money and corp credits in which to purchase more bots, equipment and blueprints to expand your resource extraction options. Each asteroid has a certain time limit to how long until the asteroid leaves your claim meaning you need to be quick and plan ahead to choose what resources you need to collect and which to leave behind. You will face pirates later on who will attack you if the asteroid enters their zone, but can be managed with well placed turrets. Each region comes with unique challenges in which to harvest resources, requiring you to adapt and use what ever is at your disposal to ensure the flow of resources back to your shuttle. The end goal in the game is to collect enough money to buy yourself a house on Earth which doesn't come cheap, so you will see a lot of grinding in this game, until they introduce more valuable resources to harvest in each update.
