Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Play as Naoe, a quick-witted shinobi, and use light, sound, and shadows to evade detection. Infiltrate enemy strongholds with many parkour options including the new grappling hook, distract guards with shuriken or smoke bombs, and assassinate your targets with your Hidden Blade. As the samurai Yasuke, use silent bow takedowns or unleash devastating melee combos with your katana or naginata.

Reviews
One of my favorite AC's because of the movement, open world, story and the fact that its not an RPG. However, the game is not optimized very well and it has performance issues, stutters, rendering problems that make it a pain in the ass to enjoy sometimes. Looking forward to the day they address the performance issues.
It's pretty much your typical Assassin's Creed game—the side quests are nothing special, and the story is fairly average. However, the gorgeous visuals and breathtaking Japanese setting really stand out. The combat is enjoyable, especially with Yasuke, and the gore makes every fight feel more brutal and satisfying.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 5: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Same day: best PL #13, worst JP #90 · 13 markets collected
US · last 30 days
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The scenery is gorgeous, but I never felt invested in the world or the story. Playing this game made me realize how different a beautiful open-world game can feel from one that has been carefully directed and put together. A great game knows how to grab you almost immediately. The visual direction, the pacing, the characters, and the way the story unfolds all work together to pull you in. It is like reading a really good web novel. Within the first few chapters, you are already invested and want to know what happens next. Assassin’s Creed Shadows never gave me that feeling. It looks impressive, but underneath all the beautiful scenery, it often feels like a game engine filled with objectives, map markers, and things to check off a list. I was moving through the content, but I was rarely emotionally involved in any of it. I will buy the Black Flag remake. I love Edward as a character, and his story is still one of my favorites in the series. Black Flag gave me a reason to care about the man I was playing and the journey he was on. Shadows, unfortunately, never managed to do the same.
So..... I know this game got ALOT of controversy and this is partially why i waited to start playing this game until the final update. I wanted the game in its best possible version it could be. Was I dissapointed, no not really. Its a decent game, the sceneray is BEAUTIFUL. its awesome to be in Japan in this time setting. I do have a issue with the parkour part of the game but im picky like that. I feel like it could still go up a notch so to speak. I think the skills for the Katana could of had more moves or skills i think they cheaped out on that. I like all the outfits and gear you get the weapons are decent looking. The fire horse mount is cool as well.. Im like 152 hrs and lvl 52 as a refference when writing this review. Story is okay dont see what the big problem was, im mixed race so wtv its just a game lmao either way its a typical AC game if you ask me lol
Denuvo: "Unable to start the game. This product cannot be activated right now, please try again later."
Forgot my ubi login so I created a new one (was not in good headspace during a divorce).. Found my login later but game is attached to other login. They wont switch it to my regular account. haven't played it since. Would like to have tried it though it felt redundant not doing the cannon. To bad they won't work with me despite proof of accounts and jumping through a million hoops to get denied. Not going to buy Black flag resynced because of this. Plus it seems they're taking a move from bungies playbook and reselling us things we already paid for. DLC, etc.. That's why I stopped playing Destiny 2. The ships will eventually sink on these garbage AAA companies. There are better games not AAA in Alpha that are better quality and more polished. The ships have sailed on these. Don't waste your money.
Despite the people who are obsessed with hating Ubisoft saying that this game is bad (Which such a shocker that the internet thinks that, truly...) its pretty alright. Like all Ubisoft games tbh. Theyre alright and fun if you love open worlds so its enough for me and probably enough for most who aren't performing (do get it on sale tho lol).
Jogão!!!
The visuals are great, and the Japanese aesthetic is very appealing. However, the game crashes frequently and seems to have issues with excessive storage usage on the C: drive. The movement also feels a little awkward. Personally, I found the movement and combat in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey smoother and more enjoyable.
