Art of Murder - Cards of Destiny

Best of the Art of Murder series, Cards of Destiny got some really memorable places, like the trip to Louisiana. It has the mistakes known from the previous titles (interface, puzzles, translation, voice acting problems), but still it's a great adventure game, the player could feel her-/himself a real agent and I really liked the story.

This is so clunky and the walking is soooo slow, it's not fun at all. I don't have other games in the genre to compare it to, but the forced fullscreen resolution makes it even less enjoyable

Great old school point and click adventure game with a touch of investigation . The story is engaging with the tasks and puzzles to get you stomped. Taking you to multiple locations and characters to interact with this great game series is a must for point and click adventure fans. Complete others in the series and this one is coming to an end. Great purchase for a low price

Potentially the worst point and click game I've ever played, and I have been playing them since the 80's. Terrible mechanics, dialogue is a joke, puzzles are vague and difficult to complete without a walkthrough because of lack of direction and the aforementioned mechanics. I finally gave up when I couldn't get past the map puzzle even with a walkthrough. Really sorry I purchased this one.

Este juego es sin duda el peor de toda la saga. Supongo que habrá sido por jugarlo en otro idioma pero también cambia la jugabilidad, haciéndolo bastante tedioso.

Die Grafik hat sich erstaunlich gut gehalten, ist aber auch immernoch genauso undurchsichtig im Bezug auf: Was als nächstes tun?

Meist ist es ja so, dass der erste Teil der beste ist und dann immer schlechtere folgen. Hier merkt man aber mit jeden Teil, wie das Spiel besser wurde und die Entwickler dazugelernt haben. Dialoge waren zwar teils echt lang, aber das Spiel machte trotzdem spaß. Beim zweiten Teil fand ich ja das Ende unbefriedigend, hier aber ist es nicht einfach so abgehackt und ergibt einen Sinn. Grafik hat sich verbessert, Sound und Vertonung ist wie immer gut, Spielzeit recht lange. Klassische Adventurefreunde werden ihre Freude dran haben, vor allen die etwas älteren unter euch.
