Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 18 → 6.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Owned this game for years and kept putting it off. Finally played it completely blind and now I can’t believe I waited this long. I played the way the game recommends — headphones on, lights off, usually a little bit before bed — and it was one of the best horror experiences I’ve had. This game is pure atmosphere. No cheap tricks, just constant tension. The Cellar Archives (Kaernk) section was unforgettable — easily one of my favorite horror game moments ever. The level design there is incredibly creative. The Choir was another standout, especially exploring the torture chambers. Some of the puzzles were great too, especially making Agrippa’s potion and escaping the cell after being captured. The scariest part for me was the chase sequences. I’m fine sneaking around monsters or solving puzzles, but being chased absolutely destroys me — my heart was racing every time. The Justine DLC was surprisingly good, even though it feels mostly separate from the main story. The twist is a bit predictable, but still cool. The dungeon section was especially tense, partly because I had to replay it a few times for achievements. This game is over a decade old and still scarier than most modern horror games. If you like games like Outlast, this is a must-play. Wish I hadn’t waited so long.

I'm loving this game the mix of puzzles, the story, horror and how death is very forgiving is perfect! will update my review when I finish the main game

The horror game that changed the modern genre. Great interesting story with intense atmosphere

the peak of survival horror
Oyun çok korkunç, makatım yemedi ilerlemeye.
One of the best all-time horror classics out there. The atmosphere is amazing probably one of the best out of any games I've played. The game doesn't rely on jumpscares and it's still insanely scary especially when it's 3 am and all the lights in your room are turned off. The story was also suprisingly interesting and I enjoyed every bit of it. The game is so good that it inspired lots of horror game developers. The most famous example is Outlast. You would see a lot of similarities in both games. When you take notes of something in here has a similar animation to when capturing something with your camera in outlast. The leaning in both games, the supernatural entities (The shadow/Wallrider), Chris walker from outlast looks like the brutes, your source of light relies on somewhat scarce materials (Oil or tinderboxes/Batteries) Overall an amazing horror experience would definitely recommend!
