About
Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 drops up to four players into the boots of Colonial Marines deployed to the most hostile corners of the Aliens universe. This is not a rescue mission – it’s a fight for survival. Xenomorphs stalk the corridors, ambush from the shadows, and swarm in overwhelming numbers. Every room could be your last. Coordinate with your fireteam, leverage each class’s unique abilities, and adapt on the fly as encounters escalate from tense standoffs to all-out war. With deeper squad mechanics, smarter enemies, and a fully customizable Specialist class, AFE2 delivers the definitive co-op Aliens experience.

Join our Discord server, Marine.
Expanding from three to four players, AFE2 introduces deeper team-based mechanics that reward coordination and strategic class composition. New and improved classes each bring distinct playstyles and tactical abilities to the fight, making every squad combination feel different.
The iconic xenomorphs are more ferocious than ever before. AFE2's massive variety of new xenomorphs will force players to stay mobile, maintain situational awareness, and use every tool at their disposal. From stun batons for up close melee action in those most desperate moments, to pyro and electric ammo to whittle down the unrelenting xenomorph front before they overrun you and your squad, the battle can shift from calculated tension to desperate last stand in seconds.
Beyond expanded weapon and gear customization, AFE2 introduces the Specialist – a fully customizable class that lets players mix and match major and minor abilities from every available class. Build a loadout tailored to your exact playstyle and fill whatever role your squad needs.
AFE2 launches with multiple dedicated Horde maps that push squads to their limits. Battle through escalating waves of xenomorphs and other deadly enemies, earning increasingly valuable rewards as you survive deeper into the onslaught. This is where teamwork and skill are tested at their absolute peak.

Reviews
Have enjoyed it so far, movements a little clunky but there is a ton of customization and build potential with added traits and augments.
Конский ценник? Да. Много багов? Да, но при этом игра ни разу не вылетала, и ни разу не разрывала сетевое соединение. Но мне почему-то понравилось.

Could use some optimizing, otherwise this is a large improvement on what made Aliens: Fireteam Elite so fun. Only real issue is the forced dialogue before each mission, and the character writing- they feel less like ultimate badasses, and more like Quippy Quirkington.
Pretty good. Basic improvements on the first game and more ways to customize your perks.

First, to comment on other reviews I've seen. Yes, it does have some bugs but I don't consider them terrible. There has been some stutters, but really that only seemed to happen in the prologue level (and it seemed to happen when the exterior environment areas was changing like going from one area to another). If it stuttered after that it was very few and far between and not even for a second so it was hardly noticeable. I haven't played multiplayer yet with my buddy so I can't comment on not being able to pick up items occasion as single player that hasn't been the issue Pulse rifle sound. It does sound like it but it sounds... maybe muted and maybe "dull" compared to say Aliens the movie. They could probably patch it and adjust the audio cus at moments it sounds more like you'd expect. My thoughts on other things: From what I remember of the first game, for the most part I like the level designs more than the first game. Could use more variation but I am only into the second campaign (seems to be 3 levels to a campaign so far) after the prologue level so it is premature to say for certain though. The aliens routes do seem more varied than the first but some comments have mentioned they follow the same paths. There are a lot of enclosed spaces like hallways so I'm not sure what they expect. If they all took very varied routes in a massive room they would have to have more healths because when those massive waves come they will be all over your squad very early on. Mentioning healths... There are just enough to make you question if you'll get to the next one before you die because of a mistake you made or you just had bad luck on one of the alien waves. I've had some good and bad AI experience about the synths. A couple fights I thought they presented a challenge but I think their AI could use more work at flanking or keeping you pinned (I'm also playing on normal so that could be premiere comment until I play on a harder difficulty). So far I am enjoying it. I hope it get some additional levels or game modes and that to keep it varied and supported. In the 3 levels of the first campaign you intersect with areas we were on in the other levels of that campaign. It would be cool if they could do a mega mission where they combine all the areas maybe with randomly generated misisons across that bigger map. Then it could possibly make surviving more of a challenge as it could take you longer to complete the mission. But, thats just a random thought I had when I noticed that there were areas I had already been to on an early level.
I enjoy this game. It's fun. For the love of ♥♥♥♥, let us leave Horde Mode matches without forfeiting the reward. I'm sick of losing all progress because my braindead team wanted to stay and it forced me to die with their stupid asses.
If you liked the first one, you'll like this one.
I'm not sure if this was the same dev team but I think this is a lazy sequel, the gameplay is fine like the original the story and dialogue is poor quality, the cutscenes feel lazily tacked on and the bugs are showing of a rush job, where as the original I had a good time this is a poor quality product in comparison
Feels a lot like the first one, but with expainsions on what was good and fixes for what was bad. Easily one of my favorite sequels. Minor bugs here and there, yes. But nothing major to my knowledge
