Alan Wake

Alan Wake delivers a genuinely compelling story with great atmosphere and world-building that keeps you invested throughout. The overall presentation holds up well. The combat can feel a bit overwhelming at times — encounters are frequent and Alan's stamina drains quickly, which occasionally slows the pacing down. Some story setups for action sequences feel a little convenient, but it doesn't take away too much from the experience overall. If you enjoy narrative-driven games with a mysterious, thriller-style story, Alan Wake is worth your time. Go in for the story and you won't be disappointed.

le jeu est vraiment bien malgré qu'il date de l'ère ps3/Xbox360. De mon coté j'ai aimé: -la bande-son -le gameplay(surtout pour neutraliser les ombres qui consiste à les éclairer jusqu'à que leur enveloppe se brise -les personnages -l'histoire et pour les choses que j'ai trouvé un peu embêtant: -les ennemis peu variés (même si de mon coté ça ne me gêne pas trop) -la mécanique de fatigue casse un peu le rythme du jeu -le système d'esquive peu laborieux (même si de mon coté ça commence à aller)

The story and atmosphere are 10/10. Feels like watching a movie. The gameplay gets a bit repetitive though. Game holds up pretty good.

Highly recommended if you want a good story based horror game where you are given a pistol. The game is optimized, it ran like a charm on my potato pc.
