A Dark Presence stalks the small town of Bright Falls, pushing Alan Wake to the brink of sanity in his fight to unravel the mystery and save his love.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Latest in each market: best RU #60, worst BR #84 · 2 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12.57/day in the week to Aug 25 → 27.29/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 17 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,502 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; GOG, Xbox, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

This game is like a movie you feel that you re watching a movie somtime it has a good plot i didnt play any game like this From what I’ve played so far, it feels a lot like the movie *Shutter Island*, and I’m really curious to see how the story ends. One potential issue is that the combat mechanics—or the amount of wandering around in the forest—might get a bit tedious; however, overall, it’s a good game and worth buying for sure.

absolute master piece. perfect horror game...
Bad game
The story is pretty interesting and has some pretty fun moments. Wouldn't really classify it as a horror game it's not that scary but also it was made a while ago so take that with a grain of salt. Overall the gameplay was alright but got pretty repetitive eventually. It kind of feels like you're watching a tv show that got turned into a game. If they were to make this into a show I would probably be interested in it but I was expecting a lot more towards the end of the game and in the end was kind of disappointed as it felt very anticlimactic. I would pick this game up on sale since it goes for very cheap. Overall 6.5/10
