A Total War Saga: TROY

A really fun game, playing as different heroes of the war feels right. The only negative about it is that they didn't keep adding more playable factions. I recommend the mythos version, because it adds a lot of grandiosity to the map(s)

I have played every total war game and something about this feels broken. I play as Agamemnon and Achilles gets his butt handed to him first and can't join in, then the Trojans launch a massive invasion, yet they are supposed to be on the defensive. Tried playing as the Trojans and Achilles was nails, he could field more armies than me despite having only one province to my three! On top of that Paris was kicking my ass in politics whilst I was trying to fight off Greeks. Stabbed in the back by Troy! I'll play Warhammer instead, it is less annoying.

Not terrible, lil weird if you're used to Rome II, Atilla, Napoleon or Empire (from my experiences) But it isn't terrible, it's a TW game through and through so as long as you understand stats and such you can still have an awesome time. The mechanic of actually including gods and favors is really cool imo tbh (I'll be honest prolly cuz I like greek mythology and the Iliad and Odyssey) but it isn't terrible I think it's fun and ngl with my near 3k total hours overall in multiple TW games, this is one imma be playing more to up my hours cuz it is genuinely fun!

Love this Total War and the heroes are awesome. Wish it a full sized total war.
