Most of the "visual trickery" is pretty basic and sometimes laughable. A number of jump scares fall flat, although the atmosphere usually isn't that bad. The obvious reuse of assets makes it difficult to tell where you are in the game world, which might be intentional, but feels lazy and amateur instead. Overall, I think the creator is good at designing horror games, but needs help executing these ideas. No story. No puzzles necessarily. Jump scares are very bad.

Какой-то очень упоротый бюджетный хоррор. Вечная темень, провалы в текстуры и фишка с поиском ключа, чтобы открыть комнату и искать новый ключ. По мере прохождения, падают книги и картины, сверкают молнии, что бы хоть как-то вас напугать. This is a 3D first person walking simulator with a supernatural/mystery/thriller theme as you explore a mysterious building with wooden floors and old Tudor style walls. There's some lightweight puzzles that mostly involve closing a door, then opening it again to find a completely different room on the other side. The game is quite short and can be finished in less than 30 minutes. While the game is very cheap, I think the production value, especially the 3D art assets (quite low poly, low res textures, re-used constantly) really let this down. They got the theme right, though. Regardless, there's no middle grounds in Steam reviews. Do I recommend this game? Nope. Try Dear Elise or other, higher rated walking sims if that's what you're looking for.
