Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 1.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Step into the role of Headmaster and build your wizarding academy from the ground up. Design every room, recruit students from across the world, send professors on expeditions, and manage everything from mana reserves to staff ultimatums, all while the Directorium keeps a close eye on your results.

Stack new floors, place classrooms and corridors, decorate your halls and choose what is taught where. Zoom out and watch your academy take shape: towers, courtyards, lecture halls and secret passages. No two academies look alike, and every layout changes how your school performs.

Recruit students from across the world and watch them grow over time. They come back to study, evolve with each decision you make, and accumulate traits that define who they become. With over 100 unique traits to assign and more than 50 Destinies to unlock, every student follows a different path through your academy.
Watch out for the pranks. Students want to enjoy academy life. The Directorium wants results. Keeping everyone satisfied while answering to their demands is the real challenge, a double pressure that never lets up.

Your students do not just pass through. They come back. You watch them progress from their first lesson to their final exam, make decisions that shape their path, and see the consequences play out over time.
The best graduates stay on as teachers, training the next generation. The faculty you build becomes the backbone of your academy, and the school you shape today produces the wizards of tomorrow.

Gather glyphite, shards and golem cores, earn learning points, and spend them across a comprehensive tech tree with hundreds of upgrades to discover. Every technology you unlock changes how your academy runs: new room types, more efficient staff, deeper student progression.
Meanwhile you answer to the Directorium's emissary, manage your staff's demands, and compete with rival academies for influence in the villages around you. Prioritise the wrong thing and the whole school starts to crack.
Key features:
Build floor by floor: stack floors, design every room, and make an academy that is truly yours
Shape every student: guide apprentices from first year to graduation, then keep the best as teachers
Survive mana crises: droughts, blackouts and worse will test your school’s resilience
Expand your influence: send professors to distant villages and compete with rival academies
Manage a living staff: ultimatums, promises, resignations. Your people have demands
Deal with the Directorium: its emissary travels to your school, inspects it and collects taxes
Wizdom Academy is for you if you love:

Growing a community of characters with unique traits, aspirations and Destinies to discover

Early game still but a fun game to play. I can't wait to see where the game is going. The devs are very helpful, willing to listen, and work on any issues that there might be. I definitely think it is playable at this stage and worth checking out.
Usually I don't write reviews - so you can see this as special mark. The game is good and I enjoy it a lot. To cut my review short, I repeat what others have written: the base is extremely promising, the graphics is good, the style fits, it's all in all enjoyable. By now a lot is fixed so I can play it, even though it's still Early Access and Bugs are to be expected. What I really like is when reading the patchnotes it seems the devs really try to make it enjoyable and add Quality of Life help or build out features that, by sheer necessity, "do not need yet and could do later". But they still do it, because, so it seems to me, they really want to make an enjoyable game. So I do recommend giving it a serious look if you like this type of games!

I've been following this game, in a sense for a while. I bought it a long time ago and have played it sporadically since not too long after release. Well, I just tried again, and became it's very Frustrating because this is far along yet still riddled with game breaking bugs. The council glitch I see mentioned in a 2025 review is still there, are they even aware? How did this happen to me -- I messed up and mis-clicked the council so underpaid them, and the demand skyrocketed. So, I reloaded, and the demand only went up on reload! But that's not all... Rooms break and are unfixable, this happened to all my mana windmills so I connected them, deleted the, and more, and still broken and unrepairable... well, my save is just broken about an hour in. And, these bugs are in addition to gameplay issues which are just difficult overlook. How do you get more stone? Is this going to be the size of your castle, period? The council thing is just broken. ... I'd recommend against buying this in case it is shuttered, but at the same time, I enjoy what's there and really want them to fix and complete and expand on it. So I'm still putting a thumbs up because the game has some great aspects and fills a niche I'd love to see filled in this or similar fashion.
UI could be clearer, some systems are not well explained, and balancing feels off in the mid game. I also had a few bugs, nothing game breaking but enough to be noticeable.
Bonne nuit ;)
Ill probably come back later because there is potential here, but in its current state I wouldnt strongly recommend it unless youre really into the genre.
I love games with this kind of gameplay loop however the bugs, even after the recent fix- render the game pretty much unplayable in the mid game. You can't assign teachers to some classrooms and to fix the issue you have to destroy the building and rebuild it. I was playing with almost 6 frames per second, absolutely brutal, each menu swap lagged the game too. It's really hard for me to recommend this due to the bugs, it's also uncertain if the devs are going to abandon it. the bug reporting menu doesn't even work and the game itself has been out for over a year. I've seen good early access games like Fields of Mistria or Slay the Spire 2. This is not it.
It's good until it decides to randomly make my 4070S and Ryzen 7 9700X chug at 10fps. I'd recommend it if it were optimized more.
It's a cool game but its missing something. Maybe if the characters made sounds or something that added life to it. I am recommending the game because I can see its future brightening with every update.
