派莓可爱捏
Went in expecting a cute little RPG and ended up getting way more attached than I thought. Charming characters, fun combat, and Pieberry is impossible not to love.
整体战斗和养成中规中矩,但是剧情水准实在拉低游玩体验。
Both the gameplay and story/acting were on point. It's a fun/funny story for the most part, but it hits hard when it wants to. If you're somewhat curious, I'd say give it a go - you won't be disappointed.
Really fun rpg game
好玩:)
优秀的美术,优秀的音乐,优秀的战斗,优秀的细节把握和极致的垃圾剧情
Game is really good , absolutely a great gem of an JRPG , story is great , main character is great , it's not that grindy , I recommend hardest difficulty , it has so much extra hidden stuff after you finish the game also and there is NG+ with new stuff , overall strong 9/10 game highly recommend.
I've been really enjoying this game, but at first, I couldn't put my finger on WHY, exactly. Eventually, though, I had an epiphany - and so, instead of just going on about the game's features and whatnot, I'll tell you how the game FEELS. Imagine, if you will, a game that you played, many years ago, on a PS2, or maybe the GameCube or the O.G. Xbox. Back when the advancement of technology had just opened up a bunch of new possibilities for game-developers, and bloated budgets plus corporate meddling hadn't closed a bunch of other ones off yet. It was a fresh and original JRPG that surprised you at every turn, becoming a formative childhood memory. Since then, it's had half a dozen sequels and several remakes, remasters and whatnot, and you still play both out of nostalgia, all while grumbling about how the WitchSpring franchise has been dumbed down under the guise of 'streamlining', and lost the harsh edge that its world and characters once possessed in the name of mass appeal and family friendliness. This? This is that original game, from the greatest generation of gaming, but with PS4-level graphics... or, late-PS3 at worst. Not that it matters, with how stylized it is! It's a game full of exhuberance, driven by real creativity, almost shouting "Hey, look what we can DO now, isn't it NEAT?" Rather than being Just Another JRPG, it refuses to ever simply stick to the formula, doing everything just a LITTLE different - from how you level up, to how your party works, to how enemies work, ensuring that it doesn't feel QUITE like anything else. After looking around a bit, i eventually found out WHY it had that feeling. The developers, apparently, started out making smartphone-games back when THAT had its golden age, then ported one of those games to PC, and after enjoying modest success there, decided to take the leap and make their next game specifically for PC and modern consoles. That energy - the exultation of someone who's stepping into a new and much bigger world - that is what gives WitchSpring R its fundamental appeal. Oh, and just to make one thing clear... looking at the screenshots and the artstyle, you may find yourself assuming that it's a 'kiddie' sort of game, a low-stakes, cozy adventure! It's not. It's VERY not. As I hinted at earlier, this game has an edge that it refuses to compromise on. The setting and the backstory are honestly downright grimdark - however, that world is seen through the eyes of an energetic young girl who simply REFUSES to be broken by it, clinging to notions of hope, friendship and happiness, no matter how many people call her foolish and naive for it. Someone willing to challenge a status quo that most consider immutable, and challenge a corrupt authority no matter how overwhelming it may seem at first glance. Honestly, I think we could all use some of that energy, these days.
