Wild Island Quest

Extremely short, even for the price. The few screenshots on the store page cover the majority of the scenes you'll see. The trailer is misleading - nothing in the game is animated, it's all static images. The images scream "graphic design is my passion", very cheap and dated looking. The main subject of the story, "Wild Island", looks like two over stretched PNGs of rock and trees. The bad images combine with music that legitimately hurts to listen to. The game was originally in Russian and translated to English it seems. For the most part, the English translation is [i]passable[/i]. There are times when it impedes your understanding and the bad translation sticks out like a sore thumb. For a text focused game, this is a major issue.

Итак, это визуальная новелла. К сожалению худшая в которую я только играл. А играл я всего в три. Графика. Ну не всем она сможет понравиться. Лично мне нравится, хотя когда я увидел персонажей даже улыбнулся. Сюжет. Нормальный, но очень короткий. Одна концовка проходится минут за десять. Благо концовок тут ну просто куча. В начале нам нужно выбрать человека, с которым мы отправимся на остров. Из за этого концовок реально много. Геймплей. Обычный для новеллы. Ничего нового для жанра здесь нет. Есть инвентарь, но я думаю что во многих новеллах он есть. Техническая сторона. Багов не заметил, игра не лагает. Итог. Любителям новелл советую взять и просто попробовать. Тем более что цена не кусается.

A weird mix of a visual novel/choose your own adventure game with bad graphics. Linux version of the game works without any issues.

Kısa bir hikâyesi var ancak başarımları açmak için biraz uğraş ve şans istiyor. TL iken kuruşa almıştım ve parasını çıkarıyordu, şimdi dolar olarak çıkarmıyor. Bu yüzden tekrar TL olana kadar almanızı tavsiye etmem, bir şey kazandırmaz, her anlamda.
