Can confirm this is the most accurate simulator of the wheelchair experience available, as a disabled person myself. A friend bought this for me as a gag gift and I was expecting a terrible (if fun for a moment) comedy game. The game is actually a pretty well made little wheelchair platformer with a decently interesting narration throughout about navigating an inaccessible world that clearly comes from someone with experience.

Однако в радиусе этих самых двух километров, я постоянно вижу людей, прикованнх к инвалидному креслу. Помимо них есть и слепые, дети с дцп, бабушки, которые еле передвигаются. И я сомневаюсь, что в ближайшие годы что-то изменится, ведь мы сами сделали свой выбор совсем недавно (если Вы понимаете о чем я). И куча проблем, о которых каждый, если не знает, может прочитать в мемах - они просто так не появляются. Вот один вопрос - сколько Вы пожертвовали таким людям? Я уверен, что каждый подавал мелочь, помогал бабушкам перейти дорогу или открывал дверь перед инвалидом, но что Вы им дали? Я сейчас даже не о деньгах, на которые бы можно было купить новую каляску, а о Ваших личных жертвах - это время. Вы проводили с ними время? Вы позаботились об установки пандуса у соседнего магазина? Я уверен, что большая половина Вас, даже с родными проводит мало времени, неговоря уже о незнакомых людях. Лирика... Почему я поставил негативный отзыв игре? Not really what I thought it was. Thought it was a game to teach people about accessibility and what its like being disabled in an abled world. But this isnt like that at all. Its more like "put this person through experiences that literally no one is ever in and die a lot". Being in a wheelchair has never put me in the situation where I had to avoid or ram a million dressers that were dumped out of moving vans. Also to teach people about accessibility, it would help if the game was more accessible. Having to constantly tap the forward button over and over is very hard on my joints. I wont ask for a refund because of the charity thing, but if it werent for that, i would get a refund.

i'd like to say that i am a person who has used a wheelchair for movement around this earth my whole life and i freaking love this game. it recreates the feeling of traveling the inaccessible world so well. yeah, it's as glitchy game, sometimes a harmless blade of grass will flip your chair over and now you're on the ground... but the world is like that sometimes. you are guided through your journey by the goofy but serious story told by Dmytro Schebetyuk. his narration is what kept me trying the levels over and over. he has a humor about him that really sucked me in. it is a tough game at times but then, the longer you play it, you start to realize there's a faster way to do most levels. this got me to begin speedrunning wheelchair simulator. after a while i started to wonder if some of the glitchyness was completely intended and shortcuts were thought about. i wish they'd release the "coming soon" levels. great game. love it. try it out! p.s. if you're interested in what a speedrun of wheelchair simulator looks like, check out, warning it is spoilers if you haven't beaten it yet: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/959151304
