Crim's Humble Opinion Curator What A Trash Game! has a very environmentally and original concept. You run around an area grabbing trash as you find it and than proceed to throw it into a stream, ocean, or drain. At the end of the five minute time limit you are than "rewarded" with statistics of your impact to the the world. This one is very easy to recommend with the original concept and interesting design; however the content is just not flushed out enough for the asking price. There are two modes. Solo play and multiplayer. I can't say how multiplayer works since it is online only and I haven't ran into anyone yet. Aside from that there is single player. You run around using WASD and interact and pick up with E. Once you pick up trash you can throw it by clicking. The design is minimal but looks fine. You frantically run around trying to find trash in houses, on streets, in dumpsters and wherever else. As trash impact as this game is, I was honestly surprised with just how clean the game can be. Sometimes you can run into a house and there isn't a single piece of trash. Once you run around for the five minutes that's pretty much it. The game becomes a score chaser and achievement hunter from here. I didn't run into any major issues. The only gameplay issue I ran into was the music would sometimes stop after more than one run in a single session. I kind of wish there was just a bit more something. Powerups, different modes, unlockables. Something to keep the game from feeling a bit too samey.
Pros
+Original idea +Environmentally educational
Cons
-Gameplay feels lacking -Price a bit high for content As I stated above; for the concept I can recommend this one. The idea has merit and is interesting enough there just isn't enough to warrant the price. Keep an eye on it during sales and follow for updates maybe and than make a decision.

What a Trash Game is surprisingly not quite so trash as so many of the indie games on Steam. Set in a nice seaside neighbourhood, the objective is to run around and throw trash around to see how much damage you can cause to the environment. I appreciate the environmental message of the game, and a nod to the developers for how smooth and clean the gameplay feels. Controls are nice and tight and responsive, and the design of the town is quite "neat" and satisfies that feeling you get from a virtual "world". Ultimately, however, the game (as a game) isn't really a lot of fun. Certainly I hope the developers here go on to do bigger and better things because there's a lot of talent. People who want an OCD satisfying clean-up experience should probably check out Viscera Clean-Up Detail games.
Multiplayer on this game is more dead than my grandma (she still lives through the memories). RIP grandma
The game title says it all. -1/10, not even educational.
A great game to simulate and visualise the effects of global polution on our waterways. The game brings awareness to this global issue and will help people think twice before throwing their trash in our precious waterways. Well done.
One of the most fun and inspiring games I have played in all my life. If you don't buy it you are making a mistake that you will regret for your entire life. 10/10
I'm currently nº1 in the leaderboards with 10000000 followed by some dude with 918 in second place, my score is 100% pure skill and definitely not me messing with cheatengine 6.4 (I'm sorry daniel, sure hope they remove my highscore).
