Gra dzieciństwa. Przeszedłem przynajmniej z kilkanaście razy i co jakiś czas wracam ;)
We need a update for bigger resolutions. but still very good game
Worth of it - WARTO!
The graphics aged well, I like the music and the mechanics, combat, inventory, scenarios etc. are pretty enjoyable. But, the bad, the AI and the horses are torture, the AI pathfinding has the capabilities of a headless cockroach and the horse tries to kill you with its bad controls. Fences, rocks and other stuff block the path in a nonsensical way. Dialogue's mid. Plus there are some annoying bugs. Nostalgia aside, can't recommend.
A emoce, hlavně ty emoce.
Recommended - it is a little-known third-person mass-knight-fighting game. Some would call it "Dynasty Warriors at home" with much less polish. The game has most polish when it comes to the player-controlled fighting and the least in AI. The AI has garbage path finding and acts as if it could not see some of the obstacles and gets stuck running into them until explicitly corrected by the player. Generally it okay as a knight simulator and has those comically overpowered combo and finisher moves (and finisher combos - it is as damaging and special bar depleting as it sounds). Unlike in Dynasty Warriors for what I know, basic enemies will kick your ass if you give them a chance, meaning even the pop corn can turn you into pop corn. While the game has equipment and stat attribute systems to qualify as a basic RPG, most of the choices are not there because you will only equip the most powerful items. You are most likely going to max out only your Strength stat because not doing so will make the enemies super spongy tanks because of their HP increasing drastically over the course of levels and not having decent damage will make you unable to remove the enemies with a full combo. It is a game with fun to be had. It is just that the glitches and jank are vastly more memorable than the other aspects. In practice, all that impression from fighting will quickly turn into confusion once your commander once again gets stuck in a stairway or getting killed in a split second by practically invisible arrows. What you will learn to hate are the archers with exploding arrows. I swear most of the difficulty in the game is dealing with archers in some way. You have to because your AI allies do not prioritize archers at all, meaning you will have to do it and chase those ever-evading mofos with your slow-ass combo moves that root you in place and make hitting moving targets almost impossible. The game could have used a couple of more months of playtesting to get rid of bugs such as minions getting stuck and effectively soft-locking the current run until you load a save. I do not know how long the game is because I kept testing every single side objective to see if they work. It turns out there are side objectives with hidden time limits before they fail and the game only tells you about your failure only after you come to its scene. Another annoyance is that the enemy champions do insane damage with their special moves that they spam all the time. We are talking about 67 % of Joan's full health in one slice and 33 % on Easy. On the difficulty note, the enemy archers sometimes shoot you through the walls. You need a lot of patience and loading saves to get past some of the worst jank. The story is some made up, sugar-coated stuff that gives everything a happy ending and adds in comic book villains. You need some patience with this game because it is a bit long. Even if you spend "just" 3.0 hours per level, that is still 6 x 3.0 = 18 hours. The game does not exactly respect your time because you have to traverse the big maps and exterminate hundreds of enemy troops per level in groups of about 4 to 6. If you like knight-based medieval sword-swinging, this game might be somewhat enjoyable to you. Maybe play it a bit without trying to beat it all at once because the levels drag on quite a bit and require careful playing.
Nostalgický náser plný unikátních soundtracků a epických bitev. Pac a pusu.
