Warhammer: Chaosbane

7.5\10. Неплохая игра, на разок пойдет. Есть прикольные механики, но прям чего-то "вау" от этой игры не стоит ожидать.

Wow, this is even hard to recommend at 95% off. Everything about the game makes you wonder how it can be so bad. Let's start with first impressions. 1.) Controller didn't work (even though I could get to the Steam overlay), only right clicking on my mouse did. And, for some damn reason, right click was accept. Keyboard didn't work either, so I wasn't sure if how the game started. For the record, it's not... After loading in with the Soldier, because I couldn't pick anyone else, I immediately exited the game. Upon restart, my controller actually worked. However, the only option was to continue the solider. After messing around for a minute, I found out that if I wanted to use another class, I had to delete the Soldier. This brings up the next issue. 2.) Soooo, I guess you can only use one class at first. Pretty annoying if you want to try others. 3.) Options. Or the lack of options. It's actually pretty laughable with what you get. You can't control any graphical setting outside of resolution. Any "window" is selected by default. I guess you can, IF you scroll down. But, the game still looks like poop. See below. 4.) Graphics. Even by 2019 standards it looks like ♥♥♥♥♥. And since this is 2026 you would think that the game should perform buttery smooth on newer hardware, but you would be mistaken. All enemies look like they're running at 24FPS. It's strange and jerky looking. If you want anything that looks remotely better, you have to DOWNLOAD the 4K resolution pack. Which btw, if you do, the game will launch AND THEN download the pack. AND, then when you select 4K textures, YOU NEED TO RESTART THE GAME!. Par for the course here I guess. 5.) Areas - They seem spacious enough, but there's no indication on where you are going, just press A. Not sure how this doesn't exist. 6.) Inventory / character screen. One of the worst created. Equipment is centered around a circle that you have to use the Left stick to control. AND, it's not accurate. I found myself many times missing an inventory slot because it would just go passed it. It's annoying to use. 7.) Loot drops. The only time you see loot is if you are actually standing over it. AND, the font resolution is horribly low. It looks like it was programmed at 10pt and scaled up. Who thought this looked good? At least they colored the fonts for rarity... I hear there's a newer game from the same devs. I don't have high hopes for it if they can't be bothered to give some QoL love to this game. I'm not sure why Warhammer games are, for the most part, so terribly mid. Even a 7 year old game from a known publisher shouldn't feel this bad. But, I guess Nacon has a track record of this. Anyway, at $1.50, it's up to you I guess but I kinda feel like it's not worth it. Just because it's less than $2 doesn't mean it can't be not recommended. That's a pretty naive statement.

На пару вечеров, сугубо по скидке. Единственное что тут приятное - приставка Вархаммер. А так, линейные локации, минимум сетов, примитивная прокачка и обнообразие противников. Мне хватило на сюжетку- около 10 часов.

It's a good game, a nice addition to anyone's collection.

ну впринцепе игра отличная если покупать по скидке за 88 рублей, но за полную стоймость игра полная ♥♥♥♥♥ , боёвка одинаковая, картпочти все один в один просто свет поменян, мобы тоже только разные раскрасы на каждой локе добовляется -+ 3 врага новых всё остальное это старые в другом окрасе, но гигантский плюс это босы они реально тут очень красивые как и сами карты , сюжет сам по себе впрнцепе не плохой

19年的时候特别期待这个游戏，但是那时候是学生手里没钱首发没买，后续也就没关注了，今天发现打折8.8块拿下了这个游戏，玩了之后发现还好当初没买，这质量也就8.8了=。=
