Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 8 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Fun game! plays similar to Xcom however with no random chances to miss which i know was the east favourite part of xcom to some of my jovial and joyful chums :) beep boop :) so hows your day? i hope its okay! today ive been doing lots and lots of classwork to catchup with my IT course! :) thats all thank you :) bye bye :)

Beautiful
Game is "old but gold"
The gameplay of XCOM and the Warhammer 40K setting – sign me up! The story: The Adeptus Mechanicus expedition poked in a Necron tomb and now the Necrons are slowly awakening and the Mechanicus has to handle the situation because no Space Marines are available. The multiple members of the expedition will have certain goals in mind like replenishing the resources of your ship or helping your cyborg-like Skitarii-troops which lead to mini-storylines and different endings. Even with this the story is unfortunately nothing to write home about but the characters are memorable. The gameplay: Your ship acts as your base where you equip your squad of Tech-Priests, upgrade them and choose your next mission mostly based on the rewards in form of weapons, equipment and upgrade materials the members your expedition offer. You can also choose to bring addition Skitarii for a small fee. Once deployed to the tomb you see a network of chambers to explore. Some will lead to random story-events which gives you multiple choices to handle the situation or glyphs to choose from and affect the rest of your deployment in a positive or negative way. Each explored chamber will also increase the awakening meter which gives the Necons bonuses during this deployment and will affect the overall awakening status of the tomb. Once this reaches 100% you are forced to face the Necron Lord. The objective rooms will usually lead to turn-based fights with the Necrons. Combat is a lot like XCOM. There a no real action points but a shared resource “Cognition Points” which is used for extra movement, to use most of your weapons, skills and equipment and summon extra Skitarii. The generation and management of those points is probably the most important aspect of the combat. Weapons do physical or energy damage and both you and the Necrons can have related armour types which lowers the damage of the associated damage type. Melee is always an option but prevents you from using guns. Thankfully this also applies to the Necrons. Skitarii-troops lack the variety of your Tech-Priests but are expandable and bring additional firepower. The problems: Again XCOM is the role-model. Mechanicus has an inverted difficulty. Once you unlocked additional Tech-Priests, upgraded them and unlocked better weapons you clear whole rooms in a short time. Who cares if destroyed Necrons are back on the battlefield after a few turns when the combat is over long before. The combat maps repeat but the developers try to conceal this with different objectives like flee to a certain area or survive multiple turns. Presentation is a bit lacking. Only the Necron Lords get some voice acting while the Mechanicus members communicating in strange sounds. But hey this is lore accurate. Expect a lot of reading when it comes to mission descriptions and random events. Also don’t expect cool camera angles while shooting like in XCOM. The semi-random mission rewards might lead to certain upgrades or troops not becoming available and the game could be more informative with the weapons. Range and time to charge the power attacks only shows while in combat and not in the armory. But overall those ae just a minor complains. Mechanicus is a nice variety due to the focus on a rather obscure faction of the Warhammer 40K setting instead of the Space Marines.
TOP
Buy on sale. It's a fun turn based rpg, but a bit basic. Around 48 missions with the dlc, though when you're 20-25 missions in it starts getting a bit repetitive.
