Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 30: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

10/10. THe God Emperor himself would enjoy this
Solid game with solid gunplay but gets tiring fast, so just play in short sessions. Not sure why you lose all your weapons after each chapter, but oh well.
Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun is a satisfying and well crafted boomer shooter. It scratches that movement-boomer shooter itch better than many alternatives in the genre and is visually appealing while retaining a retro feel. A few areas can be a little hard to visually parse as far as where to move to next, and the soundtrack is not at the level of modern DOOM, but the game has great gunplay and interesting strength/level mechanics. It's a very strong showcase of the genre, but doesn't it amaze (or reinvent the wheel for that matter). I'd recommend it for fans of the genre or the setting as a whole.
6.5/10 – Nothing inherently wrong with the game on a fundamental level but it felt very samey whilst playing through that definitely started to become grading getting towards the middle/end of the game. Gameplay is generally enjoyable and all the gun options feel distinct and different from each other that switching up what you’re using doesn’t feel like a pain. I really wanted some form of switch up somewhere along the line to differentiate the gameplay a little bit and give you more options to use mostly in terms of movement. Art style and graphics are great and make the game feel distinct within the space. Not really any standout moments that I can hold up as main reasons to play. Level design was quite irritiating at times, even though levels were varied it still didn’t feel as immersive or enjoyable to be playing in these environments as I feel it should have. Overall a fine experience with nothing truly standout about it unfortunately. A shame since I love the world of 40k and want every game set in it to be amazing. Hopefully the sequel fixes some of the core issues I have
