The new reference in RTS at its best! The Wargame series returns to duty, larger, richer and more spectacular than ever before. In Wargame Red Dragon, you are engaged in a large-scale conflict where Western forces clash against the Communist bloc.

Still the king of this genre of mil sim RTS. i am still able to play a few 10vs10 multiplayer matches each night as well. Population is low though which is unfortunate. The newer sims just don't do it as well.
why can't regular soldiers capture points, just ruins the game for me
I've played this game for 500 hours outside of Steam before. Campaign section only. It was good time.
Peak RTS experience Until you look into global chat or get multiple arty mains in your team in a 10v10
Eugen needs to revamp the game to update the decks or let the programmers cook, DLC is needed
The game that Wargame broke out. Amazingly complex fun ai and a Janes Defence manual worth of military kit. There is a big muliplayer and some meta. significant learning curve from more conventional RTS but lower than many other wargames, it sits in a happy medium. Prototype kit is really cool, Navy stuff doesn't work partiularly well along with very odd choices of vessels. Campaign is fun and all reletively short.
I received this game as a kid in 2016 and was truly sad that my old PC couldn't run the game properly. You can't imagine the enjoyment of playing this on full FPS after sooo many years. I just do not understand how this game came out in 2014 with this graphic detaills and amazing effects. I am willing to say it is still much better game than WARNO and Broken Arrow because of the massive number of units and maps. And mainly..... SHIPS!!! Sometimes, in deployment time, I am staring at random lake or seaside and wishing to have this behind my house :(
