Yeah, the AI in this game makes it unplayable. If real submarines could be spotted as easily as you are in the very first mission, they'd not bother making any more. Refunded.

It's a lot of fun! A great belance of realism and a good gaming experience. Sensors and weaponry is just the right amount of complexity. Perhaps due to my background I came into it with a lot of knowledge about these things, but it wouldn't be hard for a novice to pick up in the way the game presents it. No performance issues. Runs very smooth. The sand box is great, with good scenario building capacity. Just wish you could add friendly surface units in the scenario editor. It's a great offline game too if you're without internet at any point.

The campaign mode is useless and borderline unplayable, simply a series of random battles, tedious map movement and unreasonable mission quotas. It is structured in a very cheap way and more could have been done to it. Playing 1v1 with the AI in the scenarios or custom battles is a nice thing but it has its limits.

Get into Mission, do nothing for 2 seconds, get shot at by 2 ships and 2 helicopters. Not fun. Maybe i just had bad luck it sucks having that as my first mission. Also no saving during a mission. Thats horrible.

Шикарная игра, играл на 955 проекте стрельнул БРПЛ и у меня свет вырубило через минуту, реалистичная игрушка, советую качать эпик мод, там больше функций доступно, спасибо за игру, тяжеленько в начале было, но щас фигачу все че попадется, куча расшифровок узнал. ИГРА ТОП!!!

DOTMOD is worth exploring. Great game overall, regardless.

Very buggy, don't buy if you're on Mac

A little arcade-like, but a lot of fun to play. Especially if you add the "Playable Subs" mod
