Wargame: Airland Battle

I enjoy the fast-paced realism. It is a genuine wargame-game. Coming from a wargaming background with metal figures, I this is the game for modern period wargamers. The added bonus is the number of battlegroups is superb. NATO and Warsaw PACT can recreate fictional battles of the Cold War Period

One of the best strategy games I have ever played. There is so much to enjoy here, the campaign and skirmish mode are great. There is a lot of variety with the units and it feels like a tactical strategy game, not a zerg rush game.

Picked up Wargame again after a long time away from it. Still after some years have passed the game is as enjoyable as ever. It's not for everyone, I get that. I was also never a hardcore player and I pretty much suck at getting my multiplayer skill level up passed getting embarrassed most times but it's still fun to mess with all the deck combinations. Maybe it's just I like the stats behind the different units or maybe I like the pain of getting my a$$ kicked but I am having fun with Wargame again. Age may have passed her by in terms of the most cutting edge graphics but it works good enough for me. If you are like myself and have placed this one on the shelf some time ago, take it out for a spin again. Good times for sure. My only wish is that single player campaign was a fleshed out and polished feature. I definitely dig the single player aspect of games but multiplayer is where this excels at if you have the time, patience, and skill level.

A great simulator type game with realistic combat for example: infantry cant beat armor in the open field but in a building they can hold their own against most things. i have played for around a week and already like it a lot would recommend.

Great game wish the newer games had co-op as well
