Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Aug 11 → 6.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A great casual game. The roguelike randomness of runs keeps it interesting so each completion has to use different tactics depending on what loot the game throws at you or what the in game vendors have available. Whether that be maxing out combat skills and invading the enemy ship, focussing on psychic powers of crew members or just using the ships weapons alone.
It's good stuff. It has roguelite elements that allow you to use currency earned via progress in your runs to buy commanders and ships for future versions, sharply varied combat, enemies, attack styles, loadouts, etc. Your runs will be very different depending what kind of ship/crew/commander you opt for, whether you go full space marine, purge the heretic ship with flames, then send in your fire immune troops, or go death cultists and just sit back and bury the enemy in zombie summons. Or just focus on a rock-solid ship build that hangs back and blows everything up. Assuming the RNG graces you with the necessary equipment, of course. If you enjoyed FTL, you'll probably enjoy this. There's no pursuit mechanic, but instead you can't turn back, so no scouring every single area for loot. You very much do want to optimize your routes, though. Overall, fast update schedule, varied mechanics, a lot of variety so it's worth doing another run, and while you can accept the challenge of the increasing difficulties once you start notching wins (Torment I, II, II, etc.), you can also hang back in a spot that you enjoy playing. It's absolutely worth the price tag, but don't take my word for it. There's a demo, so you can work off of more then the excessive words of an internet rando.

the balance is atrocious. clearly no qa or test groups. oh no you did 4 damage to my precious boss hull? i better fully break every weapon system on your ship, fill everyroom with gas, and spawn enemies in half of those via a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CUTSCENE. oh you manages to barley survive that? IBETTER DO IT AGAIN WITH ANOTHER CUTSCENE. kill all my crew? GUESS ILL GO TURBO AND GAIN PERMENENT REGEN. oh did i mention that those cutscenes also instantly heal all broken systems the ai has? want to manage my crew numbers slow down repairs? TOO BAD I CAN SPAWN INFINITE UNITs AND IF YOU SO AS DARE HAVE BOARDING CREW KILL THEM ILL GO TURBO. the game is bad, the demo is both false advertisement and a better game.
legalls distinct ftl + legally distinct 40k. very strong game design, just dont let gw find out.
очень средне, могло стать шедевром
FTL but 40k Grimdark
Shameless FTL clone - no matter how much of a copy you think it is, it is even more so. That said, given that FTL was fun, you'll probably enjoy this too. Just, don't buy if seeing an obviously copied game, down to very specific mechanics and UI is going to bug you. Don't get me wrong, there is new content, but also, I've played FTL mods that are more different from the base game than this is.
FTL but fair
Good game, I prefer the original FTL.
Anyone who likes FTL and Warhammer has to play it! GREAT
