if u liked crazy taxi or midnight club growing up, then this is worth trying out, for 5 bucks you get a swag atmospheric janky delivery game. it's fun, the environments/levels are pretty, the music is dope.. yeah just get it tbh
WELCOME TO VITVIT DRIVER3D
very rich movement from the combination of drifting & tilting the truck's suspension. jank at times, but it's incredibly satisfying once you learn the potential of the kit. flipflip the vitvit in 3D B)
that clownmodius guy sure does make some good music is probably really handsome and awesome too jokes aside the driving in this game is honestly gas fire flames, there is a fairly large and early learning curve with the control scheme and suspension system, but you can actually pretty quickly learn the secret sauce with the suspension and hit the the most dopamine inducing jumps and flips that has ever graced the optic nerves in your precious brainpan
It's a special kind of garbage, one that doesn't leave you dissatisfied with what you've played, but rather, confused, intrigued, aroused, even. It plays like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ flash game, the handling will just break at times, the level geometry, confusing and buggy, ramps have a tendency to destroy the truck, Music? Banging. Delivering packages on time? actually worse for your score. Drinking and Driving? Bonus Points. UI? 'ere noice. Settings Menu? Broken. I'm not sure if anything can explain why the game is the way it is but I'm not sure if I'd want to know anyway. this game scores a solid Ibuprofen Cocktail out of Ten
This one will be in the history books
vitvit is one of the most interesting little games i have played in a while, i thoroughly enjoyed the demo i HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a controller, keyboard controls might not be intuitive for new players to this genre of fast paced delivery, most notably made mainstream by crazy taxi. The game is quite conservative in size and requirements, so i can assure the game will run quite smoothly even on dated hardware. Learn to drift, balance yourself in the air and learn the lay of the maps, its worthwhile as you will then achieve speeds everyone will jealous of! Give vitvit a chance, its worth the $5.99!
This game ♥♥♥♥♥ it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the best way i can tell you like straftat and cruelty squad there's just so much vibes here ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tony hawk pro skater even maybe?? The controls have that source engine design philosophy of "it's ♥♥♥♥ it feels bad but once you get it it feels ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great" and the sense of humor is right in my line i love the loading tips if you like airframe ultra, straftat, or other "bad" art you'll enjoy yourself here
vitvit is all i have ever wanted in a delivery driving front flipping back flipping and tricking video game , i will be recommending to all of my immediate family members
Sorry in advance for the long review, I like the game and the driving definitely has a huge curve to it, but the mechanics allow for a lot to be experimented with when you get the hang of it. There's definitely a lot of charm here, and if there's community maps I can see this doing really well as a movement game. The environments also seem really well put together with lots of little elements and features here and there, and there's no locking of the levels based upon progression which I really really like! There's also a cruising mode if you don't want to do the timed modes. As for my grievances, I wish there was more clarification on what you can do to earn points (maybe add some points for well executed drifts) and also less places to get stuck. When I would try and crash through things to earn points, I found myself, either due to my own error or bad luck, getting stuck on the props or the railings (pressing G didn't work). I really do wish there was a map I could go to for just experimenting and seeing how I could earn points, sorta like the tutorial map but with props, obstacles, and jumps. I also ran into some bugs, but those aren't really relevant.
TLDR: This game is definitely worth giving a go, especially since it's fairly cheap. I think it's fairly fun and a one of its kind sorta thing, and if you like drifting games this is something that will definitely challenge you a lot for better or worse.
