Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Sep 2 → 3.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Retro Arcade-style Rally Racing in repurposed Parking Garages in big cities across the USA
The “Parking Garage Rally Circuit” tour comes into a city, selects a parking garage, and temporarily turns it into an exciting rally course for a week-long competition. Each track in the game is styled as a unique parking garage that has been turned into a race course.
This is a hybrid of Rally and circuit racing. From rally it draws the jumps and “one racer at a time against the clock” time-trial format. However, the tracks are similar to circuit racing, with each race consisting of multiple laps around the same track (the track may change slightly from lap to lap, however) Controls are very tight, simple and arcadey, similar to Mario Kart (accelerate, reverse, steer, drift), but with a bit more dynamic “smash into things” physics.
After beating the gold trophy for a course, ghosts from other players just barely ahead of you on the leaderboard are automatically downloaded to race against, getting you into that "just one more" flow as you chase down rivals. Limiting the auto-download rivals to Steam friends only is also an option.
Create or join a lobby of up to 8 players for realtime peer-to-peer non-contact racing!
Connect some controllers and relive the glory days of split-screen multiplayer for 2-4 players with contact and non-contact options.

Designed to look and feel like a long lost Sega Saturn game that could have been released in ~1998. This includes low-resolution, low-poly, chunky textures of course, but also extends to the audio, simple interface, and streamlined game scope. Oh, and CHEAT CODES too!
Sums Steam only; Nintendo publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

A very fun retro arcade racing game with a nostalgic 90s art style and a great soundtrack. The driving and drifting can be challenging at first, but once you get the hang of them, maintaining a rhythm of drifts and boosts becomes incredibly satisfying. The tracks are well designed, the handling feels tight, and the game is easy to pick up and enjoy. While the online multiplayer is practically dead and a significant portion of the content is locked behind DLC, the core USA map and single-player experience still offer plenty of fun. Despite those drawbacks, it's easy to recommend to anyone who enjoys arcade racers.

Everything good about video games. Consistently fun to play, guaranteed to boost mood, an excellent soundtrack by a real ska band, and all at 10$, plus 5$ for a DLC that doubles the content. Supports modded tracks for more longevity, and unlike many games with modded levels its 8 (16 with DLC) original tracks are good all on their own. Proof that games can stay good in the modern era. If I could recommend it more than once I would.
A casually little time attack racer with drifting as its core mechanic. You know the drifting of some of the Mario Kart games? Well this takes the concept and turns it up a notch. Overall I really enjoyed my time, but I felt it didn't do enough. Don't get me wrong - the 8 tracks and 3 cars are enough in my opinion. But I feel like something along the lines of platinum times (like how Neon White did their Ace medals - getting a bigger challenge after completing the game) would have been really cool. Also telling people that theres a boosted start would be cool - I didn't know until I look into the Steam discussions... Also i think it's kind of weird that the game gets easier with each car. The first car is somewhat of a challenge, but the second and third car are really easy to handle and can get a good amount of speed fast. Only the very last level was a challenge in my eyes. 100% required around 1.5 to 3 hours depending on how good you are. (DLC is not required for 100% - time after this review will probably be on the DLC)
i love this game its the two things i love about mario kart singleplayer but 10 dollars on steam. only thing i dont like is the ska but i usually just put something like casiopea (jazz fusion) on and it feels right at home. i love love love love this game. so retro.
A game that tells you to go fast, then proceeds to give you courses and physics that tells you no. It's charming, it's got style, just the difficulty is very unsatisfying. It's extremely simple base controls, coupled with its setting, left the developers with no choice but to have your vehicle fly around uncontrollably for going too fast I guess. The inability to slow down on your own after chaining boosts is the issue. Would think that easing off the gas or pushing the brake (there is one that works) would kill your boost, but it doesn't. For better or worse. So eventually, you're simply memorizing when to press the brakes mid drift so that you don't go flying uncontrollably. And perhaps to actually make the turn, should you get fast enough. Since your default turn radius is nothing. Perhaps you're also purposely not using drift just for the sake of letting the chained speed boost decrease. In most racing games, I'm looking for ways to go faster. Here, I was looking for ways to simply slow down without losing control. And that's just wrong. I wanted to leave a positive review despite the faults, but thinking about it, over half my time was just trying to finish 2 levels with a gold. Because I kept flying off uncontrollably very far from a previous checkpoint. So I can't do it despite it being a short game.
At first I really wanted to like this game however there is just a handful of really annoying things that bogged down my experience. First is how satisfying it feels to go fast, just for the games terrible physics to punish you hard for it, ontop of the levels being designed for tight turns and slower driving, which is fine, but they really emphasize going fast with the drift boosts. Second is just the pitiful amount of tracks and cars this game comes with. 8 tracks with 3 cars is pitiful to say the least. Sure there is mod support and DLC, but it shouldn't be expected of a community to keep a games track variety bolstered. The physics in this game cant be stated on how inconstant they are. I swear the second your tires are air born if they touch anything its like mach 10 touching anything that isnt the road, often times you will launch yourself off a map by having your front tire clip an object on the course which then requires a restart. There is also ramps on some levels too that just straight up launch you into the wrong parts of the level too, which is fairly annoying. What I did really like though is the atmosphere and the unique concept of carparks to drive around in. The music is also an amazing 10/10 and the ability to emulate retro consoles, or arcade level graphics is really cool.
Incredibly fun arcade racer focused on drifting as its core mechanic, but the car increases its top speed as you chain together boosts in sequence. The game is easy to pick up and play, but seems to have a decently high skill ceiling, especially if you are chasing faster times. The courses are all really well designed and just the right length to be conducive to that "one more time" mentality, trying to shave seconds off your times. Everything related to time trials & leaderboards is implemented really smoothly in the game. Once you beat the in-game gold time, any subsequent runs will automatically download ghosts of other players who are just ahead of you, which is a nice incentive. There's also a nice grid view that quickly shows at a glance your relative place on each leaderboard (by increments of 10 percent, e.g. top 20%, 30%, etc.) so you can quickly see which courses you could use the most improvement on. Individual leaderboards are also easy to browse and load up quickly. Since it's a big part of the game, I just wanted to call out how well it all works. In terms of presentation, I love the retro look, and there are really handy graphics presets ("modern emulator" preset is the way to go, IMO) and options in game to play around with. If you wanted, you could give it a full upres-ed clean look with none of the fun stuff like wobbly vertices, but I don't know why you would :) Finally, I was unprepared for how hard the soundtrack of this game would go, it's excellent and I love everything about it! It's a great bunch of ska tunes that put a smile on my face. This game is just pure fun from top to bottom, definitely recommend. (addendum: if you want more PGRC to play, the European Tour DLC is worth the extra 5 bucks. Tracks are definitely a bit harder, with tougher gold medal times, but you're probably up for the challenge if you already played a bunch of the main game. There's also a bunch of new music tracks too!)
