これぞプラチナゲームス、というアクションゲームの中でもかなり面白い傑作。 三人称視点のFPSなのだが、アクション性も強く戦闘シーンなんかもQTEがちょこちょこ入るのでそれが苦手な人にはアレかもだが、ド派手な演出を見るのが好きなワイには好感触。 美麗なCGとそれなりに長いシナリオなので本当にハマれるかどうかだと思う。

Played on PC/Steam Deck. Steam Deck held up really great for this title, although battery life is about 2ish hours on one charge. The game did have a few minor things that I wish was fixed. I had glitches where the my character would warp somewhere else on the map (2 feet to the right or left). Another concern that was pervasive with most cutscenes was the scenes having blocks or lines of rattling. Lastly had a lot of concerns with the cover system where under cover, the character would just release out it. The last one being more so a product of it's time most likely, but still a big frustration. The campaign is short (6 hours) but there's a great bit of fun. The game design, weapons, and setting made the kooky full-throttle over-the-top testosterone action strangely cohesive with it's characters and enemies. I think this is the perfect type of game to play when you want something funny, violent, and high octane. If they ever did a remake of this game with co-op and a bit more gameplay, I think it would make a killing. For it's time, I definitely think it's underrated as I've never seen or heard of it before the internet and Steam Deck community realized the game rules.

the combat sometimes feels EXTREMELY good but the melee is basically useless for dealing damage as it makes u vulnurable and clunky / janky environments to move in . ALONG WITH GOD AWFUL PACE BREAKERS AND CUTSCENES THAT INTURRUPT MY GAME EVERY 6 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SECONDS .
Absolutely incredible third person shooter, with tons of techniques to master, but it is the definition of something that ends when it should've started.
