Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Aug 21 → 3/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 15: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

一酷二帅三上超人
Decent shooter overall with the main game play point of having a extended slide. Overall though the game is forgettable with nothing really standing out and suffers from QTE's. The devs also think they are making cinematic gold with their sub par story since you can't skip any of it and you'll get story after clearing EVERY area and boss. 5/10
metal gear sliding: revengeance
This game is underrated, and its really fun but also short unfortunately, but really good, i recommend it
Mediocre, generally unremarkable in every aspect and doesn't have much depth.
Vanquish is a high-octane third-person shooter that revitalizes the genre with its relentless pace, inventive mechanics, and sleek futuristic aesthetic. Developed by PlatinumGames and helmed by Shinji Mikami, the creator of the Resident Evil series, Vanquish stands out by combining fast-paced action with strategic gameplay elements. Its core appeal lies in a unique blend of speed, cover-based shooting, and mobility, which delivers an adrenaline-fueled experience that keeps players constantly on their toes. From the moment you dive into Vanquish, it’s clear that this is not a conventional shooter. You control Sam Gideon, a DARPA agent equipped with the ARS (Advanced Reactive Suit), a mechanized exoskeleton that grants incredible speed and augmented abilities. The gameplay encourages aggressive movement rather than cautious cover holding, with boost dashes allowing you to zip across the battlefield in a blur. This dynamic shift in movement fundamentally changes how combat unfolds; instead of retreating, you’re incentivized to flank enemies, dodge incoming fire with near-superhuman agility, and deliver punishing counterattacks. Visually, Vanquish delivers a striking depiction of a near-future warzone. The environments are sleek and stylish, with a polished sci-fi design that balances functional military aesthetics with eye-catching details. Levels are crafted to accommodate the suit’s rapid mobility, featuring verticality and open spaces that reward smart positioning and constant motion. Enemy designs range from standard infantry to towering robotic bosses, each requiring different tactics to defeat. The visual effects accompanying the ARS suit’s boost and the weaponry add an exhilarating sense of power and impact to every encounter. The combat mechanics are finely tuned to complement the suit’s capabilities. The game’s signature feature is the boost dash, which consumes a meter that refills quickly, allowing for a rhythmic flow of offense and defense. You can dash into cover or directly toward enemies to disorient and overwhelm them. The cover system itself is fluid, but unlike many shooters where cover is a safe haven, in Vanquish it’s more of a tactical tool in an otherwise aggressive playstyle. Weapon variety is diverse, ranging from rapid-fire assault rifles to heavy rocket launchers, with each gun feeling distinct and satisfying to use. The ability to swap weapons mid-combat and use the environment to your advantage keeps encounters fresh and engaging. Storywise, Vanquish offers a straightforward yet compelling sci-fi narrative that drives the action forward. Set in a near-future world on the brink of chaos, the plot involves stopping a rogue Russian colony on an orbital weapons platform from launching a devastating nuclear strike. While the story isn’t the game’s primary focus, it serves as a fitting backdrop for the relentless combat, peppered with memorable characters and sharp writing that injects personality and humor. The voice acting and cinematic sequences add to the overall production quality, enriching the immersive experience. One of the game’s strengths is its pacing and level design. Each mission is tightly structured to maximize the thrill of movement and combat, rarely letting the intensity wane. The challenge scales appropriately, pushing players to master the suit’s mechanics and think quickly under pressure. Boss battles stand out as particularly inventive, demanding pattern recognition and strategic use of the boost system to survive. Though the game is relatively short, it packs a substantial amount of content through replayability, with multiple difficulty levels and scoring systems encouraging players to refine their skills. The sound design in Vanquish deserves special mention. The soundtrack pulses with energetic electronic beats that perfectly complement the futuristic setting and fast gameplay. Gunfire, explosions, and mechanical sounds are crisp and impactful, heightening the sensory experience and immersing players fully in the heat of battle. Audio cues are also cleverly used to signal enemy actions or changes in combat scenarios, subtly assisting in gameplay without overwhelming the player. While Vanquish is praised for its innovation and exhilarating gameplay, it does have minor drawbacks. Some players may find the fast pace initially overwhelming or the controls slightly challenging to master. The narrative, while engaging, lacks depth compared to other story-driven shooters, which might leave those seeking a rich plot wanting more. Additionally, the game’s relatively short length means it’s best experienced in multiple playthroughs to unlock its full potential and challenge modes. Overall, Vanquish is a masterclass in how to inject fresh energy into the third-person shooter genre. Its unique blend of speed, mobility, and tactical combat creates an intense and satisfying gameplay loop that few other shooters can match. The game’s stylish presentation, solid level design, and exhilarating mechanics make it a standout title for fans of fast-paced action. Whether you’re a veteran of shooters or new to the genre, Vanquish offers a thrilling ride that keeps your adrenaline pumping from start to finish. It’s a must-play for anyone looking for a high-speed, high-impact gaming experience with a futuristic edge. Rating: 9/10
Пердак-слайд тащит!
Vanquish is a really fun shooter, that goes all out from the first moment. Don't be distracted by the testosterone overload or the weak plot, the gameplay is where it's at. It's quick, you have a load of options how to approach the missions, the weapons are fun to play with. Visual cues help to identifiy what to hit and it's pretty straight forward overall. Great game!
