Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0.67/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Takin' a trip in my old Chevy, ridin' through the south I looked up on a hill, and I saw a big white house I caught a glimpse of a bearded man, polishing his sword I saw Robert E. Lee outside, sittin' on the porch

simple yet enjoyable. if you want to spend some time seeing your enemies die in front of you, it is quite fulfilling.
A garbage Total War knockoff tbh. The game has no tutorial, no explanation of how any of the combat works, nothing. It just throws you in and hopes you figure it out, which is awful if you haven’t played a Total War style game before. I’ve played a decent amount of Total War over the years and can say, the controls in this game just aren’t good. I like the fact you can draw a path that your units will follow, but that’s about where it stops. This game has no way of drawing depth of units, which is essential for a game where line infantry tactics are being used. I don’t want a unit that’s more than 3 rows deep, because it effectively neuters the extra infantry sitting in the back. Napoleon and Shogun 2 are my favorites (especially FotS), and they allow you stack units up in that manner and then spread them out into a thin, two row unit with kneel firing to maximize the amount of shots going out. While in this game, the units at the back still fire, I just find it to be lacking depth that you can’t do that. Beyond that, units do whatever the ♥♥♥♥ they feel like at all times pretty much. Oh, you have a key point that expands your view of the battlefield and you’ve sent your cavalry to capture to get an advantage at the outset of the battle? Man it sure would ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ suck if your cavalry just rode their horses in circles and then ran off in a random direction, crippling your reconnaissance. Artillery is borderline useless for you, but has pinpoint accuracy and devastating results for the enemy. You have to shift your battle line slightly in order to avoid a flanking maneuver? Guess what pal, FLANKED! REAR FLANKED! It’s ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that you slightly adjust the position of your unit, and the enemy is still in front of your unit, but it counts it as a flank for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason. I picked this game up on sale and it sucked. I honestly should have been paid $15 to play it. If you want an overall worse experience than what Total War can offer you, buy this.
Bugs are apparent later on, but the campaign and battles are intensely fun once you get invested in your army.
I purchased the CD when this game came out...many hours spent learning the tactics.
Hay mapas que no aparecen, como el de Chickamauga, y ya no puedes continuar el juego. Escribía al soporte del juego hace más de 1 mes y no he recibido respuesta.
If you're a nerd for the civil war then this game is perfection, my only complaint is there isn't more
