About
Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts aims to be the first game of its kind - a true naval warfare game - which offers a unique opportunity to design and build countless variations of realistic looking warships combined with an extremely in-depth and realistic combat model. We are absolutely excited with what we are making and we hope everyone who is interested about the dreadnought era and naval warfare, will join our ambitious project and support us.
BUILD THE BATTLESHIPS THE WAY YOU WANT
Become the architect of powerful warships, from small torpedo boats to mighty Battleships! Recreate famous ships such as the HMS Dreadnought and countless speculative designs. Pick turret layout, armor scheme, funnel placement, tower variations making each ship look and feel unique. Their hull characteristics, internal upgrade selection and weight distribution not only modifies their speed and maneuverability but also their weapon effectiveness. Every design detail of your warships has a significant effect on the combat capability of your ships.
STRONG AI
Naval combat becomes immersive and feels even more realistic when your opponent is able to react to your actions with a human-like and unexpected behavior. The AI evaluates the optimal engagement distance, using principles of the “Immunity Zone” and comparing its own firepower versus your ships. The AI uses ammunition wisely, holding fire when necessary or switching shell types according to the armor protection of the target. Unless there is a special mission directive, the AI will not act suicidally and will attempt to withdraw, if its fleet becomes heavily damaged or it is much weaker than yours.
NAVAL ACADEMY & CUSTOM BATTLES
The Custom Battle system allows you to experiment and enjoy naval battles utilizing endless combinations of ship designs in technology eras between the years 1890 and 1950 for ten different nations. Additionally, there is the “Naval Academy” which currently includes 63 battle scenarios, where you will have to design a ship or a squadron to fulfill a certain combat tactical task. These numerous missions will allow you to practice and enjoy the many innovative design and combat aspects of the game.
THE CAMPAIGN
You can fully design your fleet, immerse yourself in epic naval battles and make crucial strategic decisions on the map with a single goal to defeat your opponents by annihilating their fleets and strangling their economy. The map includes necessary historical and strategic aspects that can simulate actual facts of the period 1890-1940.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

this game is okay but sadly its overpriced for that price this game sucks there is no new content no new stuff there are bugs and so on it often lags or crashes i hope that more stuff would be added.
Nice Game
Development on this game has ceased, purchase at your own risk. I was an early adopter of the game and was present for its development and iterations, including adding my own suggestions to the public discussion. After a number of bug fixes, more models being added to the game and a beta campaign it became apparent that the company was unable to continue development; Not due to meeting their milestones but through lack of funding. The developers then tried to fund-raise more capital to continue working on the game through the 'multiplayer' DLC. This content was terribly received even through the community knew it was more of a 'supporter bundle' to help out the team, but was perceived that it really should have been part of the standard game. This partitioning of content was a bad sign but almost immediately they notified the players of a complete stoppage of development. They threw in some more models and called it a day. This is where the game remains right now, under-cooked. The core of the game still exists:

You can take a template of a ship, increase its width (beam) and its length by adding more tonnage. Then place superstructures and weapon systems atop the deck.
The ships are built in the campaign using a cost and upkeep system and are launched out to sea for battles.
Battles are conducted real time with the player directing movement and choosing to restrict or allow certain weapons for a little micromanaging (should you wish it)
Then war score is applied. Use money to build ships and conduct linear research from categories.
All of that, through some of which are lacking in depth, is what the playerbase wanted. It is just unfortunate that it maybe only needed one or two small updates to round out the game to make it worthy of recommending. It just irks me that the sudden stoppage of work and the refusal to round out the end-of-life service was poor. To provide examples of what I mean:

The systems that govern the AI declaring wars is objectively broken. Under to hood it is simply a toggle. At a given point, if you a neutral the AI may nominate to sour relations. This will mean they will always seek to cause conflict with your nation given every opportunity. You can tell this happens if you have played for a few hours. Its like a death spiral.
The AI don't understand how to conduct war with any level of complexity. They will send their ships from one side of the earth to blockade you. This almost always results in their ships being damaged and under-fuelled when they get to you.
The peace conference is at their whim. You can spend a decade at war, with no losses and sinking 100+ ships. As long as they perceive their 10 or so destroyers docked halfway across the world they will think they can still win.
The UI/UX only needs one tweak to make it functional, if not be considered barely adequate: DO NOT HAVE THE POP-UPS FREEZE UP THE SCREEN. Everything, declarations of war (not involving you), research updates, relationship changes between nations, etc. This can be solved easily, do what Paradox does, leave banners somewhere for you to voluntarily click on.
There are more examples but this isn't a witch hunt. I will say this simply: The developers do not deserve the revenue from your purchase. This is an incomplete game with under-cooked elements. You should not reward any developer for abandoning games. If you like their other titles then feel free to purchase but this one is a no-go.
Choose Rule The Wave 3, the only pleasure i had in this game is the visual of damage and ship being sunk. About all the other feature RTW 3 is superior. If i could i would put a neutral recommendation. Price is too high for what it is.
Nice game. Great campaigns. Hard fights.
Das Schiffe bauen macht Spaß. Das wars aber auch schon; der Rest taugt nix.
