A new tactics RPG from the team who brought you the Bravely series and Octopath Traveler. An epic tale, brought to life with stunning HD-2D graphics. Make difficult decisions in this story set against a backdrop of the war-torn continent of Norzelia.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Scratches my Fire Emblem itch
I'm personally not a fan of the "meaningful choices" genre, since I usually end up feeling like it dilutes the quality of the writing, and forces me into rather _meaningless_ dilemmas. That said, I do appreciate that this game fleshes out the "non-heroic" kinds of choices. In movies and games, we take it for granted that we can basically make suicidal decisions for righteous glory. That's what makes the compromises in this game feel so uncomfortable. But out of curiosity, I'm half forcing myself to make the ugly choices, and it's been interesting to see how it plays out. From a writing/trope point of view, that is definitely a rare thing in games. This way it's more likely that I might actually play the game more than once. So I can redeem myself from all the cowardly and cynical choices I made. I'm playing on hard, and it's definitely very hard. Even though I've managed to win on the second or third try, the victories don't feel quite like victories. It takes like 5 turns to kill a single enemy while they can kill an ally in 2 turns. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brutal. But I think that playing on hard from the start is probably the best choice. Because if you were accustomed to normal, I imagine that hard must feel totally unfair. While now, I can only imagine what normal must be like. It's probably more fun, all things considered. Half of the choices in terms of character progression are basically a no-go, because a lot of strategies are not viable if your characters can't survive more than a couple of attacks. The way experience accrues even if you lose is a very good system. It makes it so that your attempt at doing something that might be too hard for you, will at least not feel like a total waste of time when you fail. The art is very good, perhaps too good. Just by looking at the character portraits in the opening act, I immediately knew what all the characters were about and what to expect from them. Basically, the character art is so good that it spoils the story a bit. Not sure how you should take that, but there.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

pretty enjoyable
If you like jrpg and leveling up characters, this game is for you.
