Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Ugh, this should be a middling review but I guess it was enjoyable overall. I came straight from the FFT remaster or remake or whatever, so the combat in this game was jarring at first, but you get the hang of it after awhile. This game just sends wave after wave of enemies after you and it boils down to just smashing yourself against them (you keep all XP you got during your failed run) or grinding the side battles. I enjoyed the story and the characters, but my god the pacing is god awful. There was like 1.5 hours between the first and second battle and I almost broke off, but after that you pick up the narrative and gameplay flow and it becomes tolerable. I realllllly like how they made the characters the set pieces for everything. I liked the side stories (ironically those are brief and to the point and showcases the motivations for each character). Instead of classes like FFT, you have your party members. Each party member represents a FFT class for the most part. I liked the leveling and ability improvement system, but I hate that you cant max out everyone in a single playthrough. The music was fine, nothing stunning. Everything is voiced and it took me 40 hours for a playthrough. Overall, it was a good experience with some super rough edges. I don't regret finally playing this after owning it for years at this point, but after getting a single ending (there are at least 3 endings if not more) I have zero desire to ever boot this up again.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

A true spiritual successor to FFT, not just in mechanics, but in heart. Every battle feels meaningful. ✔️ Deep, grid-based tactical combat ✔️ Permanent consequences and branching paths ✔️ Political intrigue on par with Ivalice ✔️ Incredible sprite art and orchestral soundtrack ✔️ Characters you’ll love (and lose) If FFT was about tactical mastery and moral ambiguity, Triangle Strategy is its evolution — with sharper choices, more agency, and multiple endings that actually matter. Only thing missing is a job system or generic characters/monsters. 10/10 – For fans of FFT and suffering.
Amazing gem, with a slow start that turns into a roller coaster!
There is a fun, interesting, challenging tactical combat game here. . . when you are actually allowed to play it. Longwinded cutscenes, "exploration" sequences -- which are really just more dialogue -- and an uninteresting overworld map all prevent you from enjoying it. Literally a quarter of my time spent in this game was actual battle combat. Very disappointing.
The entire game is 10 minutes of fighting proceeded, followed by and interrupted mid-fight by 1+hour (minimum) of cutscenes where characters repeatedly vomit the same exposition over and over. The game is named "Triangle Strategy" because you will be forced to read the same tedious exposition 3 times per chapter, at minimum. Pixel art concept is abused to death. Voice acting is solid but is ruined by the egregious pauses/thought bubbles of the 2d characters. It is the worst of both worlds of voice acting and trying to emote 2d pixel sprites. Either way, you will be forced to read the same exposition and broken character growth over and over again. The voice acting is actually pretty good but when combined with 1990's level of sprite emotes, the endless cutscenes become exceedingly tedious. The pixel graphics are standard fare. I welcome AI so I never have to see eye-watering pixel filters spewed over lazy art. The story is standard "le church is epic bad" tropes. Tactics games from 20+ years ago make this an embarrassment. Some more recent games illustrate even more how bad this game is by comparison. Realizing one must play the entire game 4-5 times to get all endings, characters and dialogues is insulting to the customer. Long past are the days we could play a game and 100% it in one playthrough vs artificially forcing us to play BS branching paths due to lack of ability to create a complete, coherent story that can be accessed in one, long satisfying game. These mental midgets couldn't comprehend 200 hours of content in one playthrough and instead add artificial, contrived "decisions" that rely on 99% of the same gameplay with one screen of difference at The End. This is a $19.99 game at best, better if you can get it below that price point. Apparently I'm supposed to play through the same endless exposition 5+ times to complete all the useless chat boxes. No thanks. Glad to see other companies stepping up to fill the gap Square refuses to. EDIT: after playing the last chapter, I am beyond disappointed and moved to laughter. The characters seemingly start he game with severe head wounds that keep them from thinking or doing anything sensible and in the last chapter the head wounds apparently develop sepsis and all reason and logic is completely gone. Characters start making decisions that have no basis in reality or would EVER be made by the character. The plot relies on characters being very stupid then developing into full blown schizophrenic behavior.
Story is interesting enough, though a little dry and drawn out. Problem is the story is 70% of the game. Less than half the game is gameplay. And there is no actual strategy to the gameplay, unfortunately. There's a correct way to play, but there's no creativity. Stab enemies in the back, don't let enemies stab you in the back. Use the high ground, don't let the enemy use the high ground. But there's no "cleverness" to it, and victory is assured in the end because even if you fail, your units keep all the experience you got for losing and you just restart immediately. Worth it if you want a visual novel with occasional simple RPG combat gameplay breaks
After sinking 300 hours in, I can say this is one of the best turn-based RPGs I've ever played. Combat mechanics are pretty classic, reminiscent of Final Fantasy Tactics, while game difficulty can be quite hard in hardmode since enemies have a way of dogpiling you to exploit any small mistakes you make. The story is a bit of a slow burn saga with some clever plot twists here and there. Characters are insanely likeable and voiced over by some outstanding voice actors with a lot of love for what they do. I highly recommend this game to those who are not just feeling nostalgic over the heydays of JRPGs, but also looking to collect this underrated gem. 9/10.
