Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Break free of the grid in Town to City: a cozy city builder that invites you to create a beautiful and bustling community.
Freely place houses, shops, and amenities and natural elements to delight your residents and encourage new families to move in. As your population grows, so can your ambitions: create multiple towns that can grow alone or thrive together, helping the whole region develop and prosper.
In story or sandbox mode, you're free to build at your own pace, placing each flower bed with pixel precision, or prioritise growing your economy and developing your town into a thriving city.
Truly grid-less building sets you free to lay out your town however you like. Plan out carefully ordered rows of houses and city districts, or grow outwards organically with residences, amenities, parks and plazas connected by winding streets and alleys. Freely shape the land beneath your feet with terraforming tools for elevation, water, and terrain.
Beautify your settlement to your heart's content with a plethora of customisation options. Set up lighting, plant flowers and wooded parks, and decorate houses and buildings to complement or contrast. With gorgeous voxel graphics as a base and plenty of tools for fine-tuning, it's easy to create something beautiful that you'll want to capture with the in-game photo mode or stroll through in first-person view.
As your town flourishes, you’ll need to meet the needs of your growing population. Provide amenities that will cater for everyone – from workers to artisans and the bourgeoisie – alongside specific requests by individual residents. Get to know each person as they arrive in town, and watch them settle down to form new families in the homes you built for them with pets and livestock by their side.
Assign workers to jobs, research new buildings and decorations, and boost your sleepy settlement into a bustling centre of commerce. As you expand beyond the bounds of your first town, you'll pursue new developments in farming and tourism by building new towns, all connected by trade and travel routes.

Excelente! Não é livre de bugs, mas não é nada que impacte. O jogo é lindíssimo e muito fofo. Vale a pena!
Really relaxing, so cool, and adorable. No micro-transactions -- I honestly think they're taking the no micro-transaction philosophy a little too far where I missed out on participating in this latest construction update event and will be missing out on the coveted and exclusive Candy Land DLC, but do appreciate that they're standing on these principles. Obviously, if I had been able to participate in the event, I'd be pretty stoked about the DLC I obtained being something I earned through engaging with the community and exclusive to my participation. Cool things about the game so far that I've noticed: The option to walk around the town/city as a mayor is so awesome and the fact they modeled a lot of the insides of the businesses and houses for this. The art style is so neat and ergonomic while having very realistic shadows, lighting, and reflections. The attention to detail is astounding and masterful. The toddler animation of them just bouncing with their arms stretched out when you open up their personal panel will never fail to make me smile. The gizmo tool is also a total banger where you can edit the size and angles of the decorations. For example, I was able to hang a lantern off a patio umbrella. Wish list: Wish there was a way to convert campaign files to sandbox, and wish there was a way to edit sandbox mode settings on the fly so I wouldn't have to start again on a new map in case I missed checking off a setting or wanted to adjust difficulty. I hope, as well, that they will add more editing tools for creating bodies of water that are a bit more like the road building tools, being able to draw lines and curve them -- sometimes it is quite difficult to draw things like a river with a mouse that look a bit more natural. I would also love to see other water features added to be able to create something like a waterfall or possibly even geysers since the mist decoration can already be placed on the water to make something like a thermal bath. I'd also love to see like, potentially a summer time update where, IDK, a sign could be posted along the water that would allow them to do these things within a certain range where the people could swim or have fun in the sand on the beach. I think it would be so charming to see them in 19th century swimwear. Also, even if it would be quite technically difficult, I would squeal over a multi-player or co-op mode. Another update I'd really be stoked about would be implementing a sort of Venice-style gondola transit system and think that would also add a lot of whimsy and joy to the game. Overall: Masterclass and hope this game will keep getting the love and craftmanship that's been put into it already.

This is a great city building cozy game. Not only are the mechanics easy to understand and grasp, the game is absolutely gorgeous.

cute game, good fun, visually appealling
This is my favorite city builder sim! Unlike some other sims I've played, it's very relaxing and doesn't feel like it punishes you for anything while still keeping you engaged. The graphics are cute and I love the "mayor walk" function, really makes my city feel "real". Fair warning that this game will absolutely consume your life for a while.
Brilliant game, has a very easy to understand progression system. There's always things to work towards and it makes the game fun and challenging at times. I've done few different cities now, and it's always a relaxing experience.
This is how you make a city builder.
