As far as metroidvanias go, this one is just fun overall. Gameplay is tight, polished, and straightforward and they really work the time stopping mechanics with everything you have to deal with. The art style is smooth and clean and the music is amazing, as you'd expect from Touhou remixes. Things get chaotic but not too screen cluttering and it always keeps you on your toes when transversing the areas or fighting bosses. To put it simply, this is a great game for those who enjoy high-paced tension and solid music.

One of the most Purely fun 2D Platformers i've ever played, tbh. As a Metroidvania it's quite linear and many of the Optional Collectibles are hidden behind Destructible walls which I'm not the biggest fan of, but besides that I don't really have any complaints with this game. The Gameplay Loop is incredibly addicting and enjoyable despite being rather simple, the Level Design takes great advantage of the Mechanics to test and challenge the Player in rather creative ways, and the Boss fights? Just straight up Awesome. This is also without mentioning the Soundtrack which has been stuck in my head ever since I played it and won't leave my head. I didn't even know anything about Touhou before playing this and I still loved it. (The story and characters are fairly memorable and fun too but i'd probably enjoy it way more If I was already familiar with them)

Me parecio un juego que la verdad esta re bueno osea si se pasa entre unas 8-10 horas no esta tan largo, a comparacion de que me tomo unas 6 horas en platinarmelo no cuesta tanto ya cuando tienes el mapa explorado al 100% pero en cuanto al juego como tal Touhou Luna Nights es un metroidvania cortito pero bárbaro!!! Es re bueno literal!!!. Jugás con Sakuya (Uno de mis personajes favoritos de touhou y de la gran mayoria de personas tambien asjdhajdha) , parás el tiempo, tirás cuchillos como si no hubiera un mañana ajdshajd y destrozás todo. EL Pixel art ESTA REE HERMOOSO pero enserio super hermoso, los bosses piolas por no decir autentico arte los personajes mas reconocidos de touhou obviamente., música que me sorprendio eso si a la larga se vuelve tediosa.. MUY TEDIOSA A VECES JAHSDJAH y exploración esta re divertida pero no es la graaan cosa. Se pasa en 8-10 horas como ya antes y pues de todas maneras te deja con ganas de más. Esta Pulido, adictivo y con personalidad. 9/10. Came in expecting inferiour version of the SMT Synchroncity prologue and came out as their best game yet. Timestop mechanic just works perfectly and the bosses are omega fun. Music while only covers sounds awesome and the enemy variety is big , interesting. Has lotta upgrades has lotta unique weapons , visually it's beautiful and smooth pixelated design with a lot of motion and overall it's one of the best games I've played this year. I strongly recommend! 8-9/10 That being said do get it on sale since it's kind of short even by 100%-ing it. But do get it it's flawless
