Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Following the harrowing events at Wildberger Hospital, Caroline Walker hopes for a normal life with her sister, Anna. Yet in the months that follow, Anna is haunted by visions of violence and death, compelling her to create disturbing drawings that rapidly manifest into horrifying reality.
Desperate to free her of this affliction, Caroline travels to the remote town of Villa Hess and a mysterious clinic nestled deep within the mountains of southern Chile. But behind the warm smiles of the facility’s serene staff lies a sickening truth, and the sisters soon find themselves at the center of an entirely new nightmare…
Explore a huge variety of unnerving locations within the town, including a shadowy convent, a derelict shopping mall, and an abandoned school.

Harness your supernatural powers to switch between realities, change the past to reshape the present, and search for alternate paths forward in the nightmarish 'other side'.

Collect and modify an arsenal of makeshift weapons such as the nailer and chainsaw, and utilize the new quick select feature to switch armaments in the heat of battle.

Examine, manipulate, and combine items to reveal hidden information, and forge connections between objects and the environment to solve intricately designed puzzles.

Face off against lethal new enemies, from skittering bladed horrors to hulking armored abominations, and use your wits to survive monstrous boss encounters.

Peel back the layers of a complex story full of twists and revelations. Encounter and cooperate with other characters each with their own agenda and dark secrets.

Relive the classic fixed-camera survival horror of the 90s with limited saves and tank controls, or switch to assisted mode for a more casual experience.

Reviews
Okay, I would like to start this review by saying that I absolutely love this game and it's predecessor. I enjoy the story, I love the difficulty of the puzzles, and the combat is difficult but not impossible. The single problem I have with the game is a bug. The first time I played the game 6 months ago I playing it for a few hours and at one point I went without a save item for almost an hour and a half so when I got one I thought "I should probably save". The problem is that when I tried I could only look at my key items, the inventory page buttons vanished and no matter what I did they would not come back. So, I lost an hour and a half of progress. This ofcourse killed my desire to play the game. Now, 6 months latter I've forgoten all about the bug and think "Why did I never get vary far in this game?" And I start it up once more. Right before the fish processing plant I saved and then I spent 3 and a half hours figuring out all the puzzels and defeating the boss. Then when I went to save I was reminded why I stoped playing the last time. THREE AND A HALF HOURS OF PROGRESS GONE. That is the only reason I'm down voteing this game. Please fix this bug.

Okay. So I'm coming here as someone who first of all loves horror games and second, I absolutely loved the first Tormented Souls game. Now, I've been playing this game for pretty much 5 months at this point. It starts good. The puzzles seem to be okay, some don't make sense at all and it's pretty much impossible to do without googling them. Then the game gets a tiny bit tedious. Then it gets BETTER. And then the school part.- oh my god. I want to smash my own head in a wall. Because; if you're playing using a keyboard and mouse then GOLLY GOO you're in for some trouble. The aiming in the game sucks. At least for me. I admit, I'm not that good of a gamer, but come on man... I'm trying to AIM and YET nothing hits the enemies. Literally NOT ONE NAIL, not even the chainsaw hits them and I'm literally standing next to them. HOWEVER, I am in love with the vibes of the game, the graphics, the story itself. They're all AMAZING. But PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD fix or add some support for the aiming (especially for those of us who suck at gaming but still wanna have fun). I love the games, I love the characters, I love the story... I want to cry now.
If it's one thing this game does, is deliver a classic resident evil experience with fixed cameras and automatic aiming system with a great horror experience, but more bad voice acting like the first game. Resource managements wasn't bad. And the classic resident evil experience isn't bad, but I still prefer the remakes over this. For standard difficulty being the highest starting difficulty, the enemies felt a bit spongie, but being gun ho while hoarding healing items made it pretty balanced. MY REASONS FOR NOT RECOMMENDING COME WITH SPOILERS STARTING NOW! So before I get into the spoilers I must address the narrow pathways. I get it's part of the nostalgic resident evil charm, but to me it's just annoying that maneuvering around enemies just feels outright impossible. I get there is an aim dodge mechanic, but I couldn't find myself comfortable with using and found myself just rather wanting to kill them instead. The aim dodge isn't very responsive alongside Caroline's slowness and I tended to just land right in the enemies grasp or simply set for them an opening for attack which made the mechanic feel utterly useless. Before anybody tries to judge me, I wasn't that bad with the movement in it self, just the dodge mechanic or from the narrow trappings sometimes. Now, the puzzles. The puzzles were probably one of the biggest annoyances, but mostly because they only seem to pertain to those with the knowledge on the subject rather than challenging the player with more broader known concepts. For instance, the constellation puzzle sucked. Even when I looked it up I still didn't understand wtf it was suppose to look like because I'm not into that zodiac sign crap. Or even shortly after, the Pedro grave code puzzle? I looked through all my notes and couldn't figure out a damn reason why some random name was the answer. Even got the metals in the right slots, but no idea how hell I would've came to that conclusion. I put in Simon and was utterly shocked since it was the only name seemed to be mentioned through the story from my awareness. Also, the hexagon figurine puzzle at the school? Ran around like a headless damn chicken because they can't give a damn to tell you crap throughout the game that could've been made better understood. I had all these figurines, but no clue of what to do with them because it wasn't marked on the map. Somehow walked past the science lab three times without noticing the place they had to go. Utterly poor judgement to have not made that more clear to notice. Next a few complaints about the boss fights. The first, I have no idea wtf they were going with as far as that tentacle that swings in the middle goes. I think i managed to run from it once and attempting to dodge didn't even feel worth trying. Was that a way to clip it or make yourself invulnerable? Didn't know and didn't care enough because i had a crap load of meds, but that and the fact of how non-threatening the boss felt, other than him getting a lucky shot for some unknown reason as i kept constantly healing each hit, I wasn't very pumped for the fight but this could all be because looking at the fact they probably made this game and the last one drawing inspiration from resident evil, I only could get into the remakes over the originals despite playing all the resident evils including that new and old style. My irritation may stir a little from the fact id wait to play it at night and toward the end would get more irritated when things called to focus and think more which I admit is on me. I stayed up late just to try and get the game beat because I found myself just ready to move on. But, then I found out I got the bad ending because i missed probably what every person without a guide did and that was saving miguel from the other realm. Like what in the actual hell were the developers thinking!? It was very irritating by wanting to keep my progress by running clear from the final save ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE SCHOOL AND COULD YOU JUST HELP HIM OUTRIGHT!? HELL NO! YOU'D HAD TO HAVE FIGURED OUT TO GO TO THE OTHER REALM IN THE GIRLS BATHROOM TO NURSE HIS BADONKADONK LIKE YA DID GRANDFATHER NOAH!! The ending was worth going back for, but probably only because of the overall journey I've already crossed at that point, but at the time was the final straw to me wanting nothing to do with tormented souls ever again. I'll stick to Resident evil from now on or find other equivalents. Thanks anyways.
Tormented Souls 2 still heavily channels the atmosphere of Silent Hill and Resident Evil, while being packed with references to various horror games and movies. It’s far from perfect, but it’s a solid survival horror experience. Definitely worth at least one playthrough for fans of the genre.
